    I had to do my immigration medical exam in june-july 2019. I didn't meet the doctor physically. At the time I found it strange but went with it. Later in March 2020 when I went to my AOS interview I was specifically asked about the process I went through. Of course, I had to redo the medical exam because of these buffoons. When I called to ask for a refund they sent me to their customer service which is a number you leave a voice mail and pray they will call you back. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

    Wellnessmart is probably fine for basics like travel vaccines, but I came for an immigration medical exam. I didn't realize until afterwards, but this place charges wayyy more for the exam than other establishments in SF! And you'd still need to combine the price with the cost of any vaccines you'd need to get. When I submitted the exam at the interview, I was told the form that was used was outdated - are you kidding me! - so I had to go back. I called and the nurse (?) I talked to was understanding and said I could get another copy of the exam with the updated form in a few days without charge, and I would only be charged for round 2 of a vaccine I needed. Fine. When I went there in a few days, I told the two staff on duty what happened - and they wanted to charge me again! After arguing back and forth for a while (even though I relayed what I was already told when I called in), they finally agreed (they had to call the other nurse), if I did another video call with the doctor. Fine. Of course, there were a bunch of technical difficulties, yada yada yada. Long story short, this was a waste of time and money and I'm not going back for any of their overpriced services again.

    Ask for the prices of everything before you go. Be firm. I got a quote on the phone, but when I arrived, the costs were higher. I eventually received the quoted price, but there were still hidden fees. For instance - the consultation costs $25, but they will charge you an additional $35 to write ANY prescription! That's not to get the medication, but just to take out their pen and pad. Why is that not included in the consultation like a real doctor??? I sad thing is that there are few places to get a yellow fever vaccine, so you just have to shop around. These businesses feel like used-car dealerships - so tread carefully!

    My wife had to get an immigration exam, and she was pregnant at the time. We shopped around and found WellnessMart Downtown San Francisco. Couldn't believe how convient everything was. We made an appointment. Went in. They helped us do things in the right order so that we could finish her exam and get all the vaccines without harming our baby. After the baby was born they contacted us a told us to come in for the completion of the exam. The nurses here were very friendly. They made us feel like we weren't walk-ins but patients that they had been working with for years. We were provided with Genuine care, at an extremely affordable rate. Thanks WellnessMart SF. Lots of Love from our Family to yours.

    This place is AWFUL. It is dingy and dirty, you dont meet with any actual doctor. I had an appointment for 1:45 (though it was actually 2 they didnt tell me, but I showed up early for paperwork and had to leave and come back in 30 minutes). Then they put me in a group video call with 5 other people and not even a doctor, it was a nurse. They give you 2 min for questions at the end of a worthless 45 minute "travel information session". DO NOT GO HERE. Save your money and time.

    Wow, I spoke to a live chat agent to make an appointment and at first they seemed nice. However, when I requested to confirm if another date had closed, they referred me to NewportNews?!? After that, they closed the chat box without any reason. I re-joined the chat to speak with another rep. I asked the same questions & complained… they closed the chat on me AGAIN. Terrible service… I don’t understand what the issue was. The nicest thing they could’ve done was say “sorry, we can’t give you further information.” I’d give ZERO STARS if I could.

    I had to go in twice for an immigration medical check which could be done at once. Only one person work there who happened to be the receptionist and nurse. She is very unprofessional and cut me during blood draw. The place looks sketchy which made me concerned if everything is sanitized.

    I called 1 day ahead and there were no appointments. The female who answered the phone said walk ins are fine and that the wait would be 20-35 mins. I arrived at 2:30pm. Only 1 male was working by himself & looked sooo overworked and tired. There was people who had appointments and 2 people who didn’t and they close at “4pm”. The male employee worked his hardest but they need to hire extra staff. also be careful with booking here they are known to tax you all these extra service fees for a shot.

    (Future RN) I use their services often (Mountain view-Campbell loc) and Im happy with everything except this location being short staff for SO LONG!! Since i’ve moved to the city, i come to this loc. Trish (i think the nurse’s name) she is super sweet, punctual, helpful, best at what she’s doing! but she works ALONE! She does answer the phone, Greets the ppl who walk in, does the paper work, explain the tests answers all the questions, take the payment, does finger print, med exam, blood draw, give cups for urine tests she even opens the bathroom’s door HERSELF! you need to hire at least 1 person for the front desk so that she can do her own work without rush. She is a superwoman. I hope you pay her double or smt.
