Policy is to make patients who registered as symptomatic to stand outside IN THE COLD and foggy shower. Patients should be notified at online reg, so they can dress warmly. After 20 minutes waiting, I was curled up shivering outside.

Please call ahead to confirm the times that they’re taking walk ins for COVID testing. I got there at 11 only to be hold I had to come back at 1:30 by the receptionist, because that’s when they always start the line (although it wasn’t posted anywhere) I was annoyed because that’s information that should be posted, (but there is no “space” on the website?)She then informed me that the wait is usually around 45 mins, which I said was fine and that I would be back. I returned at 2:15 because I had to pick something up somewhere else. When I returned, they told me that the line had been cut off (there were only about 10 people in line) and when I went in to explain that I was there at 11, and that maybe she should have told me that 3 hours ago that they cut the line off within an hour of opening it. She then lied and said that I walked out when she was trying to tell me. she was already talking to the next person in line when I walked out the first time. I’m sure they’re nice, but the communication from the website as well as from their staff is something that dangerously needs help.

They say they do walk-in Covid testing, but I went at 10am on Sunday and they said they finished their walk-in allotment for the day. There weren’t any people there, so I guess they only do a small number of tests. They should not advertise that they do walk-ins when they don’t offer this service after 10am!

I went in two weeks ago. I do not have a prime care physician or insurance I pay out of pocket at the moment. For them to know these things and handle my health with out care is very frustrating. The appointment itself was fine, but the follow up about test results absolutely unprofessional, no type of empathy for patients, I had to chase them down just to get my result. The PA by the name of A***** called back once and never again, literally have to chase them down. I used their online messenger and did not receive a response until days later to make an appointment either with them or primary care. That’s just ridiculous to wait days for a generic response. I work hard and long hours and to be treated like an unimportant person seeking medical care is just terrible. Also when you call they NEVER answer. I only got an answer when I initially called to make an appointment then for follow ups NOTHING. It’s like they knew I was calling and ignored my phone call.

Very clean, fast and helpful service for covid-19 testing. I used the service for my international trip. After i finished the test, quite a lot of people were waiting in lines outside. Good protocol. Very recommended

Simply put, I have never had such a positive experience going to an Urgent Care center. Everything from the scheduling process, the appointment itself, and the follow ups and after care were simple, efficient, and professional. I will be going out of my way to continue going to Carbon Health clinics in the future.

It was great to have a place like Carbon Health when my primary doctor was not able to see me. I just walked in without an appointment and the staff was so nice to help me out with my issue. Very please. Thank you so much. I was lucky to have a good medical Advisor name Audrey. She was able to solved my problem and I can’t be happier. Highly recommend Carbon Health for your urgent medical needs. Definitely a 10.

I've been living in San Francisco for awhile now and have found it difficult to find a consistent, reliable primary care physician. However, after trying out Carbon Health a few years ago I can confidently say that my problem has been resolved. The service that Edmund Li, PA-C and Agnes Bajande, MA have provided to me over the past few years is beyond exceptional. Edmund and Agnes are compassionate, patient, and caring medical professionals that truly listen and try to help their patients. Their knowledge and expertise is vast and insightful. Any issue you have, they can solve or point you in the right direction. I trust them with my health, and hope that by sharing my experience others will also be able to turn to these wonderful medical professionals for any health concerns they may have.

A very convenient Urgent care Facility to go to——open 7 days a week. The Staff are very professional, & treatment is very thorough. I would recommend this Urgent Care facility to anyone who would need immediate Emergency care esp during weekends, when most facilities are closed. It’s new location is at Stonestown Galleria, a very accessible place, even for public transportation. Great experience from start to finish. Clean and modern facility. Friendly and empathetic staff. Easy parking! I arrived a bit early to my same-day easy- to-make appointment. They saw me early and apologized for the non existent wait. They made this very easy and as pleasant as a visit to urgent care could possibly be. 10 out of 10.

Waited an hour for a simple wrist examination. I was later told by the physician that there had been someone sent to the ER. I understand there can be delays, but if the time between the nurse’s screening and the session is that long someone should have informed me. The nurse/lab technician additionally almost forgot to provide the protective cover for the xray.

We feel like this place is a scam because they said they won’t charge us for COVID testing while they asked for the insurance card as well as the credit card. They said they just need to keep them in file. However, they not just only charged $165 for Rapid testing and also Charged $195 for a regular 3-5 days result testing on my credit card. We are very upset about the misleading statement and the large bill of $360!!! It’s a shame that we have this place in our neighborhood!!!

Such a smooth and quick process! Dr Li was awesome. He was very attentive to my concerns and needs. His staff were very friendly and thorough. I’ve had some awful experiences with health care. The efficiency and quick services by Dr Edmund and his staff was a breathe of fresh air. I needed several things and they assisted me with each of them that same day. I was even able to get an appointment with them the same day. Highly recommend carbon health and this specific location.

My first time to this outfit. Very clean! Everyone I encountered there was superb in their dealings with the customer. Extreme thoroughness from the nurses who saw me for a stubbed toe and educational thorough assessment from the radiologist. Best customer service ever! I highly recommend them for anyone.

This was the first time for me to attend Carbon Health clinic. I had an extremely positive experience . I had made an appointment online and was attended at the scheduled time. The nursing assistant and the clinician (nurse practitioner I presume) were very pleasant and took care of my problem efficiently. I will go there again in future if the need arises

Their health service is great. But, they forced me to pay copay, even though I have met my deductible and out-of-pocket maximum. Even though my insurance later reimbursed it, when every other healthcare provider can check the insurance and acknowledge it and don't demand you to pay, folks here didn't even seem to know this. I even showed them the department of health website, that I don't have to pay when I met my out of pocket maximum and deductible. They kept arguing that I am wrong and even said if you don't agree, we can't provide service. Then, I had to say I don't want to argue with you, I will deal with my insurance, for them to provide service. It seems very ignorant on their part and they blame the patients and putting them at stress when they are in need of care. I hope they educate themselves on this part.

Amazing experience! Easy to make an appt, easy to check in. Waited about 30 seconds and then was seen by super nice doctor and was on my way. Got test results within 48 hours. Great!

I came to Carbon Health with a worry about my heart and was given such amazing care by Irene Rummel, PA-C. Not only did she have great bedside manner but she quickly ordered tests and an EKG to rule out what she believed was really a gastric issue. After the tests confirmed her concerns, she gently urged me to visit the ER to do additional tests, due to family history of heart disease, and gave me all of the information to do so. Luckily I was able to see a PCP the next week who confirmed Irene's suspicions but what really drove me to write this review was the follow up call I received from Irene a few days after my visit. While I didn't end up going to the ER as per her instructions, she was glad to hear my symptoms subsided and ensured I would still see a cardiologist. I truly wish I could have Irene as my PCP, or that all doctors were as thorough and thoughtful as her!

Perfect, I came here 3 times and every times I always had a perfect experience. The staffs here are all enthusiastic and friendly with their patients. OMG, can not love this place more 🥺

I appreciated being able to make an appointment online and see a nurse practitioner at Carbon so quickly over a weekend. The practitioner I saw was knowledgeable and provided helpful advice and a change in medication. I was very worried when I arrived and left feeling reassured. The office staff were professional and friendly. I would recommend to anyone who cannot see their PCP but wants to avoid a hospital.

Quick and easy process in a nice, clean space. My only complaint was that it was kind of expensive ($100 copay!!) but that’s more of a critique of my insurance. Special shout out my wonderful MA, Jessica, who did my blood draw and Irene, PA who both made me feel so comfortable and did an excellent job. Thanks so much Carbon Health staff!

Excellent service, clean professional office. Was able to schedule appointment next day. One star deducted because they didn’t have my local pharmacy in their data base and I had to go 20 minutes away. Please put Rite Aid into you data base. It doesn’t make since not to have access to all pharmacies.

Made an appt for 2:30pm, at 10:00 am. My knee hurt so badly that I went in early at 11:30 am. They had a cancellation and saw me at 12 noon. I interacted with 4 staff members, they were all extremely professional and polite. I completed all intake paperwork online, prior to the appt. My insurance was accepted! The PA was incredibly nice, and we had a nice chat during the exam. The PA also thoroughly explained everything to me. The office furniture is very comfortable and modern. Great overall experience!

Great primary care system! I got it as part of my school benefits and I am making the most of it. I Already had several shots and an annual health check. The appointments are easy to make and the client service is just really good.

Very attentive staff. Warm, friendly. Was received on time; no long wait. The PA shared all my options available for my issue. And did a great job with next steps and follow up appointments. Oh, and the receptionist and Nurse were the best. Located in a Mall but the service was anything but!!!

I am probably one of the most weary people when it comes to visiting doctors and clinics because of all the bad experiences I had. But here? This place has some of the kindest and most patient staff I’ve ever met. They really cares to listen to my needs and wants and responded with the upmost care and empathy. This place has become my go-to location for my medical needs.

I feel heard and cared for during my first primary care visit. I had a unremarkable first impression in terms of patient service for Covid-19 tests, but I’ve come back and had good experiences and fast visits. The app really helps improve the patient experience too.

After making an appointment for a Covid test and arriving on time, was still made to wait almost two hours. I understand that places are short staffed, but maybe can be better at scheduling. The actual test when administered 1 hr and 42 mins later, took less than 10 seconds to complete. Thankfully the staff was friendly and helpful and offered to call me when they were ready to take me so I didn’t have to wait at office and could go walk around.

This health facility in Stonestown is fabulous and a brilliant source to utilize when one’s medical needs don’t require an ER visit or a 911 call. My primary dr. is so overbooked (like so many right now). My experience at this facility was incredibly excellent. I was on time, didn’t have to wait and immediately my health concerns were addressed, tests taken and I received timely results on their App. This place runs smoothly and efficiently. Offices are very spotless and staff professional with good patient manners. I’ll definitely use this place again if the need arises!
