If I could give 6 stars I would! Best customer service experience I have ever had, anywhere ever. The appointment itself was very clear and quick, they gave me all the information I needed, very clearly and efficiently. They do not try and push extra vaccines on you, but give you the option to protect yourself as much as you see fit. The main reason I would give 6 stars is because I made a mistake in regards to my medication - I opted for an oral vaccine that I did not know had to be completed 2 weeks prior to my travel outside of the country. This would not have been a problem except that leading up to international travel, I was doing a lot of domestic travel and realized I would be in a different city for my dosing period. Further, the vaccine had to be kept at a controlled, cold temperature. Vanessa and Christa from Arizona went above and beyond to help me. I got on the phone with one of them and they worked with me to help me reach a solution. They had my medication placed in a freezer package and shipped overnight to Chicago where I was able to pick it up, refrigerate it and then take it as directed. Thank you both for really going the extra mile and helping me receive my medication and an amazing experience. You can trust you'll be in good hands if you use Passport Health!

I cannot express how enriching of an experience I had working with Daniel at passport health. He took the time to explain every facet of the vaccines, preventative medicines, and additional precautions of the area I am visiting. He was also incredibly kind and patient answering the 1000 questions i had.

Daniel was incredibly helpful and addressed all of my concerns for my trip to Indonesia. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, was admitted right away and was done 5 minutes after my scheduled time! Super quick and easy with no wait time balances out the price for going somewhere else

I had a phenomenal experience at Passport Health and it was all thanks to Onjira Dharmasukrit . The day of my appointment, everything that could go wrong did . Despite arriving very late, Onjira was incredibly professional and accomodating, she was kind, professional, and went out of her way to help remedy the situation. I highly recommend this clinic.

The staff was great, but, this place is extremely expensive. Not covered by insurance (out-of-pocket) and prices of vaccines not disclosed at time of booking. Use caution before booking given the cost.

Our nurse was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. We did a lot of research ahead of time and would highly recommend Passport Health on Geary for vaccines like Typhoid, Yellow Fever, or Cholera.

It's a good service to have. Seems like the only real option for travel preparation in SF. It's unfortunate so much of preventive care for travel is not covered by insurance.

Daniel was very helpful with providing me with information, however he missed to inform me that even though I paid for malaria prescription at the office, I would be required to pay again at the pharmacy. I had to decline and lost $25, not happy about it.

The visit was ok, the doctor was not onsite so the nursing staff took care of everything. I wish I knew beforehand that my insurance covered many of these vaccines. Check first and don't make the same mistake we did! They seemed very overpriced. In you are in a rush, this is a good option though.

I always go to Passport Health for my travel vaccines. The Geary location is convenient and clean. Daniel is very knowledgeable and is happy to answer any questions about the what, why and hows of taking any vaccines. He's also very good at distracting you with answering questions so you're not focused on the shots he's administering.
