I highly recommend City Laser Clinic. It's a Beautiful office and staff. Iryna is so nice and beautiful. She is great at directing and managing your experience. The nurses are knowledgeable especially Suzy. She has great experience and technique with the different laser machines. She is a wealth of knowledge. The staff really cares for you to have a quality experience and also takes the time to address questions and concerns.

I greatly attribute my positive experience to Velida, one of the office’s expert nurses, who was simply phenomenal. Velida showed great care and compassion when working with me. Before beginning treatment, for example, Velida took the time to get to know me as a whole person—who I am, what my concerns are, and what I hope to achieve through treatment. She walked through the office’s numerous services, and shared what she believed would be the best treatment options. I ended up choosing the IPL photofacial, as I was primarily concerned with diminishing redness and dark spots on my face, and Velida worked with me to develop an affordable plan that would help me achieve my desired results. It’s only been a few days since my treatment, but I am thrilled with the results so far, and I can't wait to see how my skin continues to improve over the coming weeks and months. I am beyond pleased with my experience at City Laser Clinic and I would recommend its services to anyone. We came on a family trip to San Francisco and I was looking for a place to get one session of laser hair removal and I can't express how happy I'm that I found this place. It was very easy to make same day appointment and staff was very sweet and professional starting with scheduling over the phone appointment and finishing with great in person customer service. Nurse Sabina was amazing, definitely recommend.

I had previous IPL experience in other places and had seen positive improvements after the treatment. After the IPL session here, I didn't see any significant improvement on my dark spots, and my skin got darker, even after one week. All my dark spots are still there. Either the energy level was too low or the machine was not useful. Felt like a waste of money and would not recommend.

Super nice assistants that will always help with bookings, and great treatments done by Sabina & Marina. I started with the laser hair removal and then tried the Ipl & Clear & Brilliant with Marina. She was very helpful and determined to help me with my dark spots, super nice and quick! They also have holiday / birthday specials (or discounts if you book 3 at a time).

I have been to many clinics for filler and this was by far one of my favorite experiences! From the kind & accommodating staff, attentive care , and skilled medical providers - I always felt comfortable and supported. I specifically had Marina who was knowledgeable, caring, and provided fantastic results. Not to mention the really lovely street the practice is off of made for a very pleasant experience. Legitimately my favorite place! Amazing service and amazing staff. Everyone is so friendly and all the nurses are great at what they do. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to come here. All my friends and family have come to see the majority of nurses at the clinic and have done all sorts of treatments. I have personally done laser hair removal, Ipl, and clear and brilliant. I can’t wait to start other treatments!! City laser clinic also has the best prices I’ve seen at any medspa. Totally worth the commute from the east bay!

City Laser is the absolute best! They have done my laser treatments for years and I wouldn't trust anyone else. They have been amazing, diligent, and provided such great service, always looking out for me to make sure I get the best treatment possible. I saw results after a few laser treatments and then have maintained the treatments with them a few times a year. I love them and would recommend City Laser to anyone.

I went to City laser clinic after looking around for a good place to do my laser hair removal. I want to say ive been searching for about 2 years, mainly because I was I've been looking for somewhere that had a good reputation, machines and equipment they can stand behind that aren't painful. I went in for my first treatment of full body, and I will say that I was so nervous but Sabina has the most beautiful personality. I felt so calm because of her, she explained everything and made sure I was not in pain. Such lovely girls in the office, I can't wait to go back for my next treatment.

The best Clinic in SF by far. This is my second time visiting for 2 different treatments. My first was IPL all over face which I'm coming back for more treatments! My second time visiting was for half a syringe of filler in my lips. Its my first time for lip injections and wanted to plump for my 31st bday. I will never be going anywhere else....forever client! Beautiful salon, with a very nice staff. I’ve come here a few times for Botox. The approach is to make you look natural and rested not puffy and fake. Very much recommend for anyone in the San Francisco downtown area.
