The care at Origin is exceptional and I look forward to every appointment!! My PT Natalie is amazing! She guides me really well on what exercises I need to do and how it needs to be done. She answers all the questions with details and patience. The space is super clean and very well decorated, it makes you feel so comfortable. Plus, they sorted out the insurance part so I could be covered for all appointments too. I couldn’t be more thankful for Natalie and Origin for helping me on my pregnancy and labor journey. And I’m sure they treat other patients with the same care. Highly recommend!!

I've absolutely loved my care at Origin. I'm seeing Emma most regularly, but have also seen Genevieve and Natalie. They are all fantastic at what they do. Pelvic PT could be a really uncomfortable thing, but I look forward to going. Whenever I go, I feel like I'm going to a spa where I get to chat with fun, comforting people who truly know their stuff about pelvic issues in the perinatal period and make the experience therapeutic and relaxing. I plan to continue my care postpartum, and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for help with anything pelvis/pregnancy/women's health related! I'm also a nurse-midwife, and refer all my clients to Origin. <3

My whole experience has been phenomenal. I can’t express enough gratitude to Emma and the whole PT team. I do want to specifically call out the above and beyond treatment that Malia at the front desk has provided. From helping me navigate insurance, to navigating the portal (sidenote: is not linked anywhere on the website), to helping me reschedule, and most importantly being incredibly personable and kind during every interaction. I hope Origin uses her as a model of CX and she should be training others!

I cannot recommend Origin enough. If you’re having any issues with your pelvic floor, this is the place to come for a safe and supportive experience. The space is set up to feel comfortable and clean without being overly clinical. The staff is professional and knowledgeable about all bodies and experiences. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at my in-person visit with Madeline. She was very gentle and kind, as well as very knowledgeable and engaged. She made me feel very comfortable and I left my appointment with a good plan to move forward with.

Love, love, love Origin! Have been coming since February and not only have been seeing improvement, but have genuinely enjoyed coming. The studio is cute and welcoming, and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their online platform is also intuitive and easy to book though. Couldn’t recommend more!

This is a fantastic physical therapy practice! From the first minute you walk through the door, it is obvious that they deeply care for every aspect of your well-being. They do a great job of thoroughly explaining the exams/exercises and never pressure you to go any faster than your comfort levels. I also appreciate that they are still masking and taking COVID precautions seriously for in-person visits.

I have really appreciated the therapy I’ve received at Origin with Madeline for postpartum pelvic floor therapy. After 3 appointments I can already see a difference and am able to connect to my body so much more. The clinic is so comfortable, and you can experience how much they care and support women’s health, simply just in the waiting area.

Origin Physical Therapy is an excellent choice for rehabilitation. The therapists are highly skilled, and the clinic's design creates a welcoming ambiance. My only suggestion is to book your appointments early, as spots tend to fill up quickly. Overall, a fantastic place for therapy and recovery!

Origin is a true gem for women’s health and wellness! I’ve been working with Emma and she has made me feel respected, validated and comfortable at every appointment. The online platform makes scheduling and following my program super easy.

Wow!!! I can't say enough positive things about Origin Physical Therapy and my PT (Elizabeth Miracle). Liz Miracle is a true gem, providing excellent care in such a critical space for women. I originally met Liz back in 2015 (before she worked at Origin) when I needed Pelvic Floor PT following the birth of my first child. Liz changed my life and made me feel confident again in my body. I sought Liz out again a few years after the birth of my second child for additional pelvic floor care and support. I've been seeing Liz for a few months now and she is so great at working with me to fit exercises in my currently lifestyle and circumstances (which is always changing with 2 kids!) and looks at my body as a whole and not at individual parts that need to be fixed. I'm so grateful to Liz and Origin for being such an integral part of my life and healing.

I don't have the words to express how much I appreciate Anthony DPT and Julie DPT their view on physical therapy has been instrumental in improving the chronic pain I've had in my shoulder for close to 6 months. Julies dry needling improved my shoulder mobility so much after the first session I had to give her a hug for making me feel better. Thank you so much for all that you do guys And Susie is an absolute gem at the front desk, her bright smile and personality always makes feel welcomed.

Origin PT (and Emma Kaeser specifically) is amazing. From the moment I arrived for my intake appointment to now, several sessions in, I have felt so respected, cared for, heard, and confident that the care I’m getting is exactly what I need. Don’t wait for an injury or issue to go, especially since they take insurance and you might only have a little copay for a big result!

I am so thrilled to have found Origin Physical Therapy! As a doctor and mom, and someone deeply committed to practicing and teaching other forms of movement therapy, I was shocked to discover how little I knew about my pelvic floor. I had trouble delivering my first baby and wasn't able to push adequately, and knew I needed help to figure out how to make my second delivery go more smoothly. Additionally, I was experiencing urinary incontinence (especially when I sneezed or coughed) after giving birth - for years...I didn't realize incontinence after a delivery isn't normal! Origin has helped me tremendously with these *very common* problems. It's so disheartening to realize how many moms and women in general are walking around with pelvic health troubles without seeking help. Origin helped me with my incontinence in a matter of weeks, and now they are helping me prepare for delivery of my second baby. I know I'll be seeing them postpartum to help me heal! It's about time moms started caring for themselves, and Origin can help us do just that. The space is beautiful and calming, the staff is very welcoming and helpful, and the physical therapists are extremely kind and professional. I felt comfortable and at ease right away. They offer both in person and virtual care, which is so helpful for busy moms. They take insurance so it's just a $10 copay for me. I'll be going twice a week until I deliver, and then probably will follow up after birth for a weekly appointment!

Origin and the women there are truly incredible - Everything about this place makes the process of getting the help you need easier (except maybe the parking, but that's not their faults!). The front desk staff (Malia and Jane looking at you ladies!) is attentive and on top of booking and making sure you're not surprised by ANYTHING from your insurance companies, the PT support team is willing to stroller your baby around the office so you can get your exercises in, and the PTs are all so knowledgeable. From start to finish, it’s a great experience.

I saw Emma at Origin for a few months following the traumatic birth of my baby and cannot recommend her enough. She taught me so much about my body and pelvic floor and helped me to fully heal and get back to moving around freely. It took many sessions but was absolutely worth it, I wish all women could get a pelvic floor evaluation post-birth. So much focus is on the baby postpartum, but I loved going to Origin and spending some time focusing on just my wellbeing. Absolutely recommend, easy to book, nice office, everyone I met at Origin was lovely.

First off, Origin PT is a safe space. I felt comfortable explaining everything going on with my body. The care has been incredible. It’s the first time I’m finally understanding issues that have plagued me for years. I feel they’ve put me on the path to recovery.

I love the care that I've gotten from Origin, from friendly front desk staff Malia and Jane to the amazing PT aides who help me each session and, of course, my brilliant PTs Natalie and Morgan who have helped me so much with managing my back pain over the last few months. I highly recommend them to all of my friends!

I searched for the best PT in the Bay Area. I was recommended Origin by a fellow Mama. From the moment I began sessions with Emma I have felt a huge shift in every aspect of my physical body. She has helped me from this wholistic perspective. I am relearning how to stand, sit, walk, breathe, and she is so patient with me. It's crazy to think I went in because I had bladder reconstructive surgery and wanted to be sure I was doing everything I could to support my healing. In my first session I walked in shoulders hunched and back rolled, with my knees turned inward. I also realized I was clinching my pelvic floor after years of incontinence. I was unaware to all of this because it had become second nature to be out of tune and out of alignment. I have managed to develop a plethora of exercises with Emma that I call on often as I do bodily check ins. Now, I feel my jaw getting tight and I know what to do to relax before I go into a full on TMJ lockup. When I am standing I know how to check my body from head to toe to realign. Emma is empathetic, kind, and knowledgable but she is also everything you would want in a body realignment coach. I know this post will probably fill up her calendar- wink wink- but everyone deserves to feel the way I feel after our sessions. I have eternal gratitude for Emma.

Like so many women, I was completely surprised by my c-section and associated recovery - I had no idea how to care for myself, how to massage out my painful scar tissue, or how to engage my core to build back stronger. My mid-section was so tender and sensitive, I was holding myself hostage from things I used to enjoy, and thankfully, this is when I found Morgan. She has been an absolute dream come true - after just a few sessions with her, I felt like I got my body back. She's gentle in her demeanor but tough on scar tissue... She's also incredibly knowledgeable about the pelvic floor and all things postpartum, without making any of it seem scary or intimidating. I cannot recommend her more!

As a new mom, I've been lugging around my (oh so cute but also very heavy) little one and it's wreaked havoc on my posture and my gait. I injured my knee a few weeks ago and Emma was a true lifesaver. She diagnosed my injury, got me taped up so I could function right away, and got me started on a PT game plan to address my underlying issues. I could barely walk when I first came in, and just a couple weeks later I was breakdown it down on the dancefloor at a friend's wedding -- I'm so thrilled to be getting stronger every day as Emma has been providing me with the tools I need to improve my daily movements, big and small.

Morgan Conner was great! She has a kind, thoughtful and thorough manner, and very informative. I am looking forward to working with Origin PT in their beautiful Cow Hollow studio.
