Celebrating 125 Years, you can buy or rent a model yacht to sail around Spreckels Lake, the Club structure houses both the ladies and gentlemen restrooms in the area. I was able to enjoy a couple of hours looking at the races taking place that day at the lake.

It’s a whole world inside this building! Volunteers can show and explain how the yacht works/ is operated. They also work on a restorations that is fun to watch.

Went to Spreckels Lake (named after the sugar guy who built it) with my brother who's a member of the boating club (oldest RC club in the US). We had a grand time racing boats across the lake and annoying the geese who sat disapprovingly on shore. The bathrooms were up to snuff and I look forward to returning one day and making boats go brr.
