We enjoyed 3 tours with Experience Tours. #1 Mission District Food and Culture Tour and #2 The Painted Ladies and Victorian Homes of Alamo Square Tour with Eric (on 5/27) and #3 Fisherman's Wharf with John (on 5/26). Both were very knowledgeable, providing a mix of history, and interesting and funny facts. The groups were small and there was an interaction with the guides all the time and no questions remained unanswered. The stories behind the Mission Distric murals were very much appreciated, Eric. We would have never enjoyed that much the murals and understand their meaning if were visiting by ourselves. Thank you Experience First and looking forward to your tours in New York.

We did both the Mission district food tour and the True Crime night tour. Seth was amazing and knowledgeable about the history of the mission district. We forget the name but a wonderful British man took us on our night tour and we got a sense that he was a part of the history of the area. We appreciated that the tours were done by real people and not just cookie cutter tour guides. Both tours were a real treat!

The "Ultimate LGBTQ Castro District Walking Tour" was exactly what I was looking for. Our guide, Eric, was phenomenal. Having a queer person who grew up in San Francisco explain the history behind every corner of Castro St was truly special. Definitely worth it!

We did two tours with this company: The first, called “Murder, Mayhem and Music: True Crime Tales from the Haight” - our guide was Robert, who was an excellent story teller and a very interesting character; he gave the tour the absolute right vibe, was captivating, and peppered the tour with personal tales, which made it all very enjoyable. The second tour was the “Mission District Food and Culture” tour - our guide was Seth, who was a history aficionado and has been working in the food industry for a long time, and was also a great fit for the tour. He was informative and engaging. Both of these tours were worth doing, and made our trip memorable.

We so enjoyed our tour of the Mission District in San Francisco. Our guide, Eric, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and passionate and had a real connection with the neighborhood. What a treat! We had lots of great food and learn a lot of fascinating history of the area. The murals were beautiful. Highly recommend!

Eric was an amazing guide for our Mission District Food & Culture tour in Oct. He's engaging, full of great info, fun and an excellent listener. He worked as hard for the 3 of us on this tour as he would have for a group of 20. Highly recommend!

We loved our walking tour! Due to personal scheduling conflicts, we did our walking tour of Fisherman's Wharf on the last morning of our trip. I didn't know if we would see anything new since we'd been staying in the area for 3 days already but Eric had so many interesting facts that it was one of the highlights of the trip! It was really cool to hear about the city from someone whose family has lived there for generations. We loved the walking tour and we loved Eric!

Fantastic tour of Fisherman’s Wharf, giving you the facts you’d never know otherwise. We loved seeing the hidden gems of the area and experiencing it to the fullest. Our tour was truly tailored to our group, and Chet Peeples was the best tour guide! He gave us all the perfect tips and tricks. A ticket to Alcatraz was included also! Highly recommend booking this tour early on in your trip, and you’ll see Fisherman’s Wharf differently.

My husband and I really enjoyed our tour of Greenwich Village in New York. Our guide Kevin Lawrence was friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job showing us around the area and sharing interesting stories from its past. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an insider's view on New York.

Walking tour of San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf was awesome. It lasted a little over an hour and Eric the tour guide made it a great experience despite the rain, cold and gloomy weather. His personal insight as a local resident really added to the event. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting San Francisco.
