I took an out of town friend on this tour. We had a blast! The best part outside of the very cool custom made ghost tools, prizes and fun? If you're not a local, NO HILLS! After being around the city all day, my friend loved this. Stopped at many interesting locations. Tommy had the scoop on them all. He's also well known in the neighborhood too as a few people called out, "Hey Ghost Guy!" along the way. Prices are super reasonable. Definitely check this tour out!

Take the original San Francisco haunted history tour and avoid the imitators. My husband and I took this tour in 2005. We also took another ghost tour in town that year. However, we remember little about that one. But we still recall the haunted hippie history and personal touch of this tour. We were so amazed and inspired by the historical research that went into the Haunted Haight, we now count Tommy, the founder, as a friend. Not only is Tommy knowledgeable, but he is also humble and kind - a rare combination. 👻💕

I love this Ghost Tour!!!! I've been on it several times and it never gets old. The tour guide is an amazing storyteller. The whole experience is amazing. Definitely the BEST ghost tour in SF by far!! Oh! And on top of all that, the tour guide has been on the History Channel for his ghost hunting at Alcatraz! He founded the SF ghost society and has such impressive paranormal credentials.

This tour is so much fun. Ive been going every year for at about 15 years now. The guide Tommy is so knowledgeable and always has new tidbits so even if you've been before its fun to go again. Not only does he know paranormal, but also about the history of the famous Haight Ashbury neighborhood. I even had a birthday party on the tour! Do bring your walking shoes (slight hills, nothing too bad) and layers just in case. There is a pause part way thru where you can get a hot drink or snack. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved the Haunted Haight walking tour, we had a lot of fun! I was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and all the high tech ghost hunting tools they used which made the experience a genuinely good time. This is the real deal, unlike other self-described ghost hunting tours I've been on, plus you get a gift bag full of spooky surprises and a knowledgeable, friendly tour guide to show you the paranormal secrets of the notorious Haight-Ashbury neighborhood. I can't wait to go again!

The Haunted Haight Walking Tour is the most authentic ghost tour in San Francisco. I have been on a few of them, and I highly recommend this tour. Tommy, who conducts the tour, is very knowledgeable, and presents his information in a professional way, and is also very entertaining. There's a lot more to Haight Ashbury than the Hippie era, and Tommy gives you a wonderful and informative background to the other side of the Haight!

This was a fun and informative tour. I’m from the Bay Area and went with friends who have lived in the neighborhood for years. We all learned something and had a great time! There was a good mix of historical facts and spooky stories. I could see this being particularly helpful for people who are visiting from out of town because you walk by several famous peoples homes. Our tour guide was fantastic and knows his stuff. The best was when we chatted with him one in one about some of his para penal experiences. Would recommend!

My daughter and I took Tom's tour yesterday. It was absolutely amazing! Tom knows his stuff and we loved the history behind the city's haunted past. My daughter enjoyed using the equipment the most. We were able to get some activity that we caught on tape. I would highly recommend taking this tour. Tom is funny and absolutely knowledgable.

Tom was a blast! Full of amazing knowledge, great puns, and the whole tour was made accessable ♿ hard to do in SF but tom made it work! He gave out hilarious prize's. I personally had a really amazing experience with Larry, one of the ghosts on the tour. If you want to know more about the history and architecture or the Haight while having a spooky good time you should try this tour. Tom will also give you several other places to visit on your trip. My only regret is going on our last night and not having time to see all the other places he recommended.

LOVED this tour! Our tour guide Tommy was very knowledgeable about SF and ghost haunting. He has an AMAZING and FUN personality. Never thought I’d be one to go on a haunted tour but I am so happy that I did.
