Excellent food with so many options for vegetarians and vegans. The staff really took care of my party, treating us with sincerity and kindness. We felt really happy here. It was a great experience, and I would highly recommend checking out this gem.

Exceeded all expectations. We had the mixed appetiser and mixed main platter and both were absolutely amazing. Very basic restaurant but food was good. Service was ok, nothing special! I’ll definitely come back !

Just had a truly excellent meal at NBG. I ordered a Mixed Grill plate and every meat was distinctly delicious. The Lamb Kebab was the highlight, one of the best (if not the best) I’ve ever had. Huge amount of food as well, probably enough to share but I ate almost all of it. For me to even write a Google review is rare, but I feel compelled when it’s this good. Eat there with confidence!!!

Made a take out order to take a chicken gyro plate to the beach; highly recommend!! Love the portion of the food for the price in SF, it’s hard to come by good food with a decent price too. The chicken is flavorful but the star of the show is how perfectly cooked the rice is!

If I could give more stars I would! Delicious food and great service! The staff is so sweet and friendly. We ordered the north beach gyros mix plate and shared it, the flavors were so tasty and the portions are big! Also had the kunefe here it was soooo good! I highly recommend it for dessert if you’ve never had it before!

RTO luncheon was Awesome! Fresh & excellent prepared food. Always a hit, a lot of bang for the buck, but the quality exceeds and meets your expectations... I didn't receive any complaints from the 30+ people that grazed on Tuesday. Please try it.😊😋👏👏👏 Deborah

Easily the best Mediterranean food in town. Great atmosphere. Very clean. Very friendly service. You can expect to find real hanging gyro, not frozen stuff from stores. Five stars!

This place was great, but not quite excellent. Still really good food for a decent price for SF. I got the lamb-beef gyro wrap with a side of fries. Definitely recommend asking for more Tzatziki sauce because there wasn't any (or very little) on the wrap and the side cup they give isn't enough for the great portion sizes offered.

A nice little restaurant in North Beach. Food was good and more reasonably priced than many alternative options Service was quick and staff were very friendly… they even insisted to box our leftovers up to take away (portions were pretty big)

Super friendly service and the food really exceeded my expectations. I tried their Baba Ganpoush which should really serve as an example on how to make it right. Perfect flavor balance, acidity and saltiness, wonderfully smokey flavor.. I also loved the chunks of eggplant. Then I had the mixed grill which was also amazing. I only wished my stomach had more room. Try the Turkish red wine!

Sultan is the gracious manager of this outstanding Turkish restaurant; always greets me warmly as if we have both known each other for decades ; I am then served Turkish tea on the house. She is a mom and her young son takes my order. Start with flavorful red lentil soup; order the classic plain hummus which is fresh , light and flavorful; the large space of this restaurant always puts me at ease and at peace; now that they don’t have a park-let, the place has light; superb place to host large meet ups. Must have Turkish coffee

Generous portions, friendly service. Amazing falafel, incredible gyros (no bad choices here, all of the meats are great), and attentive and welcoming service make this a must visit in North Beach.

This place has very authentic Turkish food! For an extremely reasonable price, you get so much food and it all tastes delicious.

After walking around trying to grab some dinner, I ended up here and it was the best accident ever. The food was specially the lamb wrap. I will come back.
