My favorite jacket was completely destroyed by your service!! And cannot be fixed unless you put a huge patch! I am beyond devastated! Do you think you can just send the damaged item back to the customer with no acknowledgment?? I am beyond upset and will never ever use your shady service! Your business does not deserve clients! We trust you with good work and in return all you do is loose items and destroy peoples belongings! Shame on you!! Before you lost my items and didn't even follow up after multiple emails! Clearly you don't care and respect your clients. I am done with your shady business!

I used to love the convenience of having Mulberry pick up and take care of my dry cleaning. All was great till they lost an item they picked up. I would’ve even counted that towards some sort of miscommunication or mistake; however, a month has gone by since and they have not done anything about the missing item. They finally asked me to fill out a questionnaire after 3 weeks of me contacting them, only no one ever followed up on that either. Service and quality was great for 4 years, until it was not! And the way they handled the missing item was subpar to put it politely. My item is still missing and they are yet to address it or issue a refund or … //Update on March 24 As of right now, not only have they not done anything to fix the problem, but also they have failed at simply reading and cross checking my emails, screenshots and notes. After couple of months now, they finally wrote back to me insisting that the order was delivered! This shows that they didn't even read any of the forms I filled out or emails I sent, as the date of the pickup was clearly communicated, and they sent me a screenshot showing a previous order being delivered days before the pickup. Funny how the order was delivered before it was picked up! Goes to show the lack of attention to details.

The WORST experience with a dry cleaning service, ever. I don't normally post reviews but I think everyone should be warned to never entrust your clothing with this company. I bought this dress for a wedding in June 2023. I wore the dress ONE TIME (at said wedding) and dropped it off the next week for cleaning with Mulberry's. When I picked up the dress, it was completely ruined, with no hope of repair. I immediately called in to the store and spoke with the manager, who told me to drop off the dress so that they could open an investigation. Weeks went by. WEEKS. I called in multiple times each week and the manager was never able to come to the phone and did not once return my call. Finally I was told that I would need to call the cleaning facility where the actual garments are cleaned (which was the first time I learned that the clothes are not cleaned on-site). After calling the facility, I then received an email that my dress was damaged in the cleaning process. They offered me a $170 credit as a consolation. I explained to them that I had zero intention of ever using their services again and provided the receipt of my dress, which cost $350, and asked that they reimburse me for the cost of the dress they ruined. They continued to claim that their Terms and Conditions would not allow coverage of the full amount. We had to go back and forth for almost two months before I finally relented and agreed to a $200 check. I essentially PAID THEM $150 to ruin a dress ,that they kept. I don't have time or energy to fight them anymore. And they know that. It's so shameful that they think this type of behavior is acceptable. Please, I urge you to read the countless other reviews of people like me (who have been wronged), and do not give this establishment your business. Their list of egregious behavior is easy to find online and I can't stand the thought of more people losing money to this scam of a company.

This is my first time using Mulberry’s. I was hopeful and really wanted to give them a try. However, 3 terrible issues occurred: 1. They shrank my suit pants. (I specified dry cleaning, so don’t know what they actually did with my suit pants that they shrank) 2. They mixed up my dress ($300+) with somebody else’s 3. Part of the dry cleaning order was delayed and I was notified on the day which I was originally promised delivery Any of these issues alone would be unacceptable, but for them to occur in one order (and my first order too) really made me question their legitimacy. I have dried cleaned my stuff for years and never have had any of these issues happen. I’m still waiting on hearing back from them and will update with their resolution, if any.

My family have been loyal customers for the past few years and unfortunately the quality of service Mulberrys provides has significantly decreased. I arrived to pick up an alteration that was promised by a specific time (I also paid rush prices to confirm this time with the seamstress & cashier) and was told that my pant wouldn’t be ready for another day. Mistakes happen, but there was absolutely no communication regarding the delay. There are much more reliable options in SF at this price point.

Not worth the price, managements attitude is very bad. Their app is the worst, it sucks up all your time and can’t process order. Manager does not have any people skills, it’s as if she is rooting for the business to fail. $20 Promos for first time purchases are a scam- be wary of the conditions and their bad system, it’s just not worth the headache and time. Finally even when I wanted to think about the high price and come back, they were really cheap about needing their safety pins back from the measurement. I’m definitely not coming back to this place to waste my money

Worst experience of dry cleaners. Would not recommend to anyone. Got my Canada Goose jacket damaged. Melted buttons and stained. OVER 1 Month after I returned it, haven’t gotten and single response back. Probably will file a lawsuit.

I do not recommend for nice fabrics/ expensive items of clothing - This review is for a dressy, silk shirt that was dry cleaned at the Townsend St. Mulberry's location in October 2022. The entire shirt was severely faded after the service, and the spots I had identified were still there. When I dropped it off, I tried to explain the nature of the fabric, that it had never been dry cleaned before, that there were just a few spots that needed attention, but the woman who took my item didn't seem to take any care in noting these things down, to the point where she was cutting me off as I was trying to explain. I should have listened to my gut in that moment and NOT left this shirt to be cleaned. When the shirt was returned, I noticed the card attached had "stain" marked nowhere near where the actual stains were. The other side of the card hadn't been filled out at all. Perhaps if she had taken an extra minute to walk through the prompts on the card WITH me, the outcome would have been different. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

Mulberry’s destroyed two of my favorite items of clothing. Stuck visible bar tags to the outer side of my jacket and pants, I asked for them to be removed, and this is how they were returned - with holes and stains. I am so disappointed. Use any other dry cleaner in San Francisco besides Mulberry’s.

I've been a happy customer for years without issues until 2 months ago when they lost a shirt. No biggie right ? it happens. Except they've been stringing me along for all these months trying to not issue a refund, first tried to convince me it never happened, then assured me a supervisor/manager would call me.. which of course never happened. I'm not sure if it's dishonesty or incompetency, just hope they don't lose anything of value you bring to them. They definitely lost a customer.

Tony and her team are really great to work with! I'm a regular at this Mulberry's because their service is fast and really well done! There have been some recent issues with their cash registers, but Tony and team were great about resolving them!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I dropped my suit off to be cleaned and after a week I came to pick it up only to find out that they lost my suit. I have called and gone into the store everyday this week and still have not been able to speak to a manager about the issue. Horrible customer service.

I used to love Mulberry's and had a very favorable opinion of them, until recently. Staff were always super friendly and helpful, and I was always alerted to my clothes being ready in a timely manner - usually ahead of schedule. I was even given several coupons for being a returning customer, which was a nice touch! Within the past 3 months, this place has seriously gone downhill. It seems as if there is a new owner/management, because the staff seems to all be new and have no idea what's going on. They haven't alerted me to my past two items being ready and I've had to call the store to find out where they were. But they never seem to answer the phone anymore, so I have to call repeatedly and leave voicemails to get to anyone. Due to Mulberry's being convienently located to my apartment, I still used them to clean and preserve my wedding dress. Big mistake. I've been calling every few weeks for 2-3 months now trying to get an ETA for when my dress might be completed. Then, today, I just received an email saying that my item has been ready for over 30 days and that I will be charged a $10 storage fee! You could imagine my shock at seeing this! I called and called the store, left a voicemail, and called again until I finally got to someone. The manager assured me that it was an automated message and that I would not be charged, but still this situation has confirmed that I will not be using Mulberry's ever again. Really sad to see such a great business fail. Editing to add: I just went and picked up my wedding dress and when I walked in I found the staff arguing with a customer about the price of a dry cleaning item. Though the price was only ~$20, I was raised to believe that the customer is generally always right, and I was shocked that the staff wouldn't just comp this woman's dry cleaning. She left without the item because they wouldn't let her take it without paying, and a manager would only be in on Friday - 3 days from now. Just solidifies my choice to not come back here.

I switched over to them a few months ago to clean and press our family business’ employee uniforms. They never miss a pick up/delivery, super timely service and A+ work all around. Such a relief to find a reliable service!!

Unacceptable. Mulberry's used to be a perfectly fine dry cleaner, but we are now on the third item of mine that they have completely ruined, without apology or restitution, and after spending thousands and thousands of dollars here I am D-O-N-E with this place. First a silk gown that they destroyed the fabric backing of, then a woven rug that was a streaky discolored nightmare when it came back (but it's supposed to be okay because they didn't charge me for the 'cleaning.') Both of which I forgave because mistakes happen, and Toni the former manager did all she could to make things right. This last time it was a delicate vintage Gucci scarf my mother gave me that Mulberrys immersed in some kind of solvent and twisted ('agitated' according to their official report) until the colors ran, and they had the nerve to say it was a manufacturers defect?! That scarf survived 30 years of regular wear and cleaning just fine before it met Mulberrys. A nightmare. Do not give these people anything you care about. They will ruin it, not tell you about it, give you back your item and pretend they didn't notice, then when you do and call their attention to the damage, they will blame you for it. Unacceptable. If you have nice things, use Peninou, the French laundry.

Top notch business - they have done a few fixes / alterations and everytime we have been impressed with the speed / quality / price. There were items I thought were beyond repair and they were able to bring them back to life. Great company!

I believe leaving positive reviews by imaginary and non existing people is both conniving and unethical(profiles with only 1 review in their history or posting a review for two or more mulberry locations along with some random profile picture). I refuse to stand idly by and witness a business in a particular industry flat out ruin it for other business owners in the same field whom depend on the store’s success to survive and support their livelihood and deflect consumers from further putting trust in doing their dry cleaning, laundry and alterations.

This South Beach (244 Townsend St.) Mulberrys location is our go-to neighborhood dry cleaning shop. Toni, the manager, knows me by name and has been hospitable, kind, and helpful every time I pay a visit. When it comes to a local dry cleaning service, we look consistency, pricing, and timing of turnaround. I believe this Mulberrys is working through a number of improvements to ensure every customer receives the same kind of experience I got. Highly recommend if you are looking to have your items well taken care of!

Very happy. The people that work here Monday-Friday are super awesome and very kind. The clothes came out fantastic! Definitely will be coming back and would recommend to everyone. Can't say much for the gentleman that closed early on Saturday and locked out customers before giving them there clothes. That was disappointing but made right by the staff on that following Monday.

Usually reliable service. We had one occasion where a leather jacket we dropped off was sent out of state for 8 weeks and a $100+ charge without prior notice, only to then get lost in the system. I'd like to extend a huge thank you to Carmen (Mission Bay location) who went above and beyond to help track down the item and issue a refund. I'd recommend giving Carmen a raise or bonus for saving our relationship with the brand.

SCAM. The first time I went there was with one of those discount coupons that Mulberrys likes to spam people with. I dropped of my dry clean and showed the coupon to the lady at the front desk she said it would be applied. She didn't do anything that indicated that she was noting it but I didn't think anything of it at the time. A week later I returned and found that the discount had not been applied which was the only reason I even went there in the first place. The lady refused to retroactively apply discount. The second time, I felt that they should at least get a second chance. I returned with another coupon that Mulberrys had been spamming my email with. Again the lady at the front desk said that the coupon would be applied but did nothing to note it. When I returned a week later to pick up my dry clean, the first thing I noticed was that I had been charged more than the list price. I asked the lady why I was being overcharged. She said she didn't know but refused to reimburse me the difference. Furthermore, the discount had again not been applied and the lady again refused to retroactively apply the coupon. Getting spammed by Mulberrys with fake coupons that they don't apply. They lie to your face. Lie about their prices. I will not be coming back and recommend that others stay away from these dishonest people.

My go-to dry cleaners — I moved to Oakland and still bring my clothes to them — the quality of their work is next level, and so fast. Plus, Toni is amazing — she makes this feel like a neighborhood place, in the best way. She remembers you, shares stories, makes you feel welcome and happy to be there. A total delight.

The worse cleaner EVER !! They lost 10 of our shirts and refuse to do anything about it! They called me after one month of waiting around until they looked for them to say they reviewed the tapes and in fact I only dropped of 10 shirts and not 20. Although, my account clearly describes in great detail that I dropped off 20 shirts.

Mulberrys is so much more than a dry cleaning business, it is a warm & welcoming neighborhood shop that lets you know you're in good hands. Toni is an absolute stand-out as a business owner - she really cares, has a great sense of humor and ensures your needs are take care of. The alterations I had done were amazing. I also love they you get a coupon every time you have something cleaned. I will save 30% on my next drop off. I've never seen that elsewhere.

This place was very great and professional. Toni is very responsive to the customers and does a great job, took the time to consult and made sure the alterations were correct and fit well, Toni made sure my dress was well steamed, and re steamed my dress. I thought the price for the alterations was a reasonable price. That really showed me that this business cares more about its customers then money. The work was done in a week which is great . I would definitely recommend this place, everyone there was super friendly and attentive. I would be sure to come back. I also got a $10 off coupon for my next visit .
