DO
NOT
TAKE
GREYHOUND,
IF
YOU
CAN
AVOID!
You’ve
been
warned....
I
booked
a
ticket
from
SF
to
Sacramento
on
the
23rd
of
dec.
I
checked
in
through
the
mobile
app.
When
I
showed
up
the
whole
station
was
a
complete
disaster.
They
had
sold
too
many
tickets
and
were
so
short
staffed
that
they
cancelled
one
of
the
buses.
They
said
the
could
only
board
23
of
the
67
passengers,
that
was
before
they
remembered
that
they
had
to
accommodate
priority
and
disabled
passengers.
So
in
actuality
they
could
only
board
17
of
the
67
people.
They
had
no
back
up
plan
for
the
people
who
were
left
behind.
This
was
right
before
Christmas
and
there
were
so
many
people
that
had
no
other
way
of
reaching
their
families.
The
bus
was
supposed
to
leave
at
1.
The
next
bus
wasn’t
until
4:15pm
and
there
wasn’t
enough
room
on
that
bus
to
accommodate
all
the
people
who
had
lost
their
spots
from
the
1pm
bus.
They
also
made
joke
at
the
passengers
that
did
not
buy
priority,
rubbing
it
in
that
if
they
had
purchased
priority
then
they
wouldn’t
have
to
worry
about
missing
their
bus.
There
were
no
bilingual
employees
and
many
spanish
speaking
passengers
were
ignored,
dismissed,
and
treated
like
a
problem.
I
had
to
translate
between
the
employees
and
clients,
I
could
not
believe
how
rude
they
were
treating
the
Spanish
speaking
passengers.
I
will
never
do
business
with
Greyhound
again.
If
you
can
find
any
other
way
to
get
to
your
destination,
please
find
another
way!
They
are
unorganized,
unprofessional,
and
incompetent!
Even
trying
to
leave
a
complaint
I
had
to
wait
on
hold
for
40
mins
and
they
were
completely
dismissive
of
the
issues
I
brought
up.
