    I don’t usually write reviews but in this case they are such a nightmare to deal with I felt I should warn others to avoid these people at all costs. Would give 0 stars if I could. The patient advocate team has been completely useless in resolving my billing disputes, taking weeks to get back to me and then completely becoming unresponsive. I also received a bill that seems to be double the estimate provided, and while I am still working to appeal this, the possibility of “over billing” seems very likely given the contrast to what I was told at the time of service. Do not use them for anything; they are more trouble than help.

    Told me as a foreigner that the covid test was free. I asked them how much, that I was a Canadian and gave my Canadian passport and they said the covid test was free. They send me a 300 dollar bill almost a year later and won’t even lower the price for the inconvenience or the fact I wouldn’t have gone here if they told me the actual price in the first place. Avoid if at all possible.

    Would give zero stars if I could. Save yourself the effort and don’t even try. Not sure why I didn’t read the reviews before becoming a patient here. Desperation, I guess. I was experiencing insane fatigue and was able to schedule an appt with relative ease as I really needed to see a PCP. However, it was downhill from there. My appointment time was changed without my consent and then I didn’t get a follow-up message with the new time. Even getting to the clinic from the main garage I was told to park in was a pain due to construction. My visit with the physician herself was okay but getting bloodwork done after took approximately an hour, I was only able to get bloodwork results on my patient portal a week later after (especially since they sent the invite to the wrong email), I had to bug the office to get a call about the results from my doctor, and then struggled incredibly hard to reach anyone about a referral to a specialized clinic. Messaging through the app was ineffective and challenging and I was on hold several times with the clinic, unable to reach anyone. They even have their phone lines transferred to a general after hours nurse line who can’t even get ahold of the clinic during normal work hours. Moral of the story is that I will be looking for another provider.

    Absolutely gone down hill - if the scheduling staff accidentally picks up phone after 4 pm they will leave you on hold until the office closes. They took the time to hear what I needed and then said can we place you on hold briefly and then never returned for 15 minutes. I tried calling back and they just didn't pick up.

    Indignity health. Reading reviews, I’ve gone through almost everything everyone else has. Waiting on telehealth several times and the Doctor never showed up and then had the nerve to say that they do office meetings at that time. You scheduled it! Waiting for the Doctor for 5 hours, 4 hours(a few times), always waiting for this lady. I’ve never not waited for her. She tells me “so many ppl need my help”. And I don’t? Don’t over book if you can’t handle the workload. Now I’ve moved across the country and have been trying to get my records for 11 months!! Records dept has never answered or called me back. This is not legal! Now my Doctor left this place so I can’t have my new Doctor request my records. I have serious health issues and desperately need my records. Also, they billed my insurance wrong for a biopsy and insurance refused it. So instead of billing it correctly and having insurance pay, they’re harassing me for 15k! Are you people serious?! And my recovery nurse was so cruel that my husband had to take her aside and have a talk. Please do not go here for any reason. UCSF is amazing, go there instead. Literally anywhere else.

    Avoid this office at all costs. They said they would fax an insurance form to my carrier and failed to do so even though they had plenty of time. It cost me a lot of money. Pure negligence and incompetence at it’s highest. I’m currently pursuing legal action against them.

    Don't waste your time. Doctor never showed up to our scheduled zoom appointment and I waited 30 minutes past the appointment time. Listen to the other reviews

    The staff I spoke with was rude and unprofessional. I cannot say how their actual work is because I now refuse to use their services after this. The man I spoke with was inconsiderate and paid no attention to detail. My spoken English isn't that good so he acted very impatient with me. With the inhumane staff I encountered, I HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere.

    WARNING! You will be overbilled and underserved! Do your best to avoid this hospital. I went for simple imaging. They processed me only to tell me they didnt have the technician to do the scan and that I could go to their sister hospital but it would be a long wait. The only service done was taking vitals and having the doctor tell me, we cant do anything without imaging. $2800 for this. Not only that but their systems are a mess and go in loops. AVOID AVOID AVOID

    This hospital brand is so mismanaged! Something simple as paying your Bill is crazy difficult. They will of course assumed you're refusing to pay and report your bill to collection agency and accrue more fees. Dignity indeed!!!
