My
experience
wasn’t
terrible,
but
it
is
inconvenient.
When
I
first
made
an
appointment
for
travel
vaccinations,
I
asked
what
records
I
would
need
to
bring
and
if
there
was
a
charge
for
the
visit.
I
was
told
I
didn’t
need
to
bring
anything;
that
didn’t
sound
right
so
I
planned
to
bring
my
previous
vaccine
records.
I
was
also
told
there
was
no
charge
for
the
visit,
only
the
vaccines.
That
ALSO
didn’t
sound
right
as
a
business
practice;
these
people
are
looking
to
make
a
profit
and
don’t
take
insurance
-
they
need
to
charge
SOMEONE.
The
office
called
yesterday
and
said
they
had
some
notes
about
the
appointment,
the
day
before.
I
called
them
back
multiple
times;
each
time,
the
phone
rang
long
enough
that
I
was
transferred
to
a
main
operator
who
tried
to
call
and
said
the
lines
were
busy.
So
they
call
this
morning
and
open
with,
did
you
get
my
message
yesterday?
Little
boy,
who
are
you
talking
to?
So
in
my
silence,
he
said,
“Nevermind,
it’s
okay.
Anyway…”
I
know
it’s
okay.
He
proceeds
to
tell
me
that
all
the
information
he
gave
me
before
was
wrong.
I
need
to
become
a
new
patient
of
the
clinic,
bring
all
my
medical
records,
and
pay
a
$225
charge
for
the
visit.
He
didn’t
apologize
for
the
previous
misinformation
and
acted
like
it
wasn’t
him
I
spoke
to
before,
but
he’s
the
only
person
I’ve
spoken
to.
I
let
him
ride
that
lie
because
he
sounds
young;
now,
I
wish
I
had
just
given
him
feedback
that
when
you
play
with
people’s
time
and
money
like
this,
you
take
responsibility,
apologize
profusely,
and
keep
it
moving.
Most
people
will
be
annoyed
but
move
on.
Taking
no
accountability
and
not
issuing
an
apology
is
usually
going
to
lead
to
escalation.
He’s
lucky
that
I’m
too
lazy
&
now
too
busy
trying
to
address
his
failure
to
do
so.
