Huntington Falls

Waterfall

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ Such a cute, peaceful, wonderful place to walk. It was very serene and beautiful. You get to see the ducks and swans just swimming around and the turtles sunbathing. A great place to bring your family and friends and enjoy the quiet part of the city. People often mention falls,

Beautiful place to get away from the city while staying in the city. Nice hike and good to come with children and pets. You can take beautiful pictures near the falls or on stepping stones and bridge. You could also rent a peddling boat and go around in the nice waters.

I donโ€™t like rating things low but this is a PSA that waterfalls in San Francisco are very dependent on if it rained within the previous days or not. In our case, it hasnโ€™t rained in 5 days and therefore this was the โ€œwaterfallโ€ that greeted us. We didnโ€™t even realise it was the falls for a few mins lol.

Nice little waterfall to stop by, there is even a little trail that you can take to walk around the falls and even a bridge at the top. If you go to the lake, I recommend visiting these falls

Next to the pavilion is a cascading artificial waterfall that can be crossed with a wooden bridge. It was named after Collis P. Huntington, one of the Big Four railroad barons who donated to the waterfallโ€™s construction.

Loved these falls. You can see the falls from the bridge, from the lower footpath or even from the lake with a boat. I recommend all three if you have the time.

Love the water features even though it is man made falls and not a natural waterfall the views through the gardens and around the park were so beautiful to take in. Loved the stone bridge.
