The reception is responsive and welcoming. However, the room is outdated. No A/C controller. The TV is not smart one, so the picture quality is awful. The jacuzzi seems to be broken. It is very cold when night. Daily parking is $10. And I don't see any representatives coming here to respond to cutomers' feedbacks. So, very disapponted. Only 1 star.

Very unpleasant experience. I’m shocked this hotel has 4.3 average reviews. I stayed here for two nights. When checking in, the elevator was not working, which is ok; these things happen. On the last day, however, I woke up at 7am to the sound of drilling in the hallway. They decided to start fixing the elevator at 7am!! When I told the front-desk staff, they dismissed the concern: no apology, no nothing. On the top of that: the breakfast is pretty terrible, failing to meet the minimal selection you’d expect at a Fairfield Inn. And to add salt to injury: their staff were too lazy to properly enter my stay in my Bonvoy profile, so they messed up my points and night count. I had to call Bonvoy to fix it. Bad experience overall. Marriott should not allow this hotel to operate under their brand. I’m not staying here again.

Hotel looks new in the pics but it’s not. We had 2 rooms, one smelled like cat urine. The breakfast looked great in the pics but was terrible. Very little selection, no breakfast meats and the milk was bad. Not a great place to stay.

We travel quite a lot and normally stay at Marriott properties. We recently traveled to Los Angeles and stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Rosemead. Our room and the entire hotel was extremely clean and very quiet. The staff were extremely helpful especially Irene who assisted with our check-out, Sergio who welcomed us upon our late arrival, and I believe Natasha who we called requesting a quiet room further from elevators and with a pool view as opposed to street view. Everyone of these three were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. We would certainly stay here again when traveling to LA.

My experience is only as a guest of a guest. I’ve been here 3 separate occasions to visit my husband who is here for work. The service is mixed. Not friendly but not rude either. Except today whoever is working the front around 230 was not friendly at all. I asked for a parking pass and a set of towels and she verified his name. I provided it. She didn’t want to give it to me. I understand policies. I said he was in room if she wanted to call. She refused. I just said ok I’ll have him deal with it can I just get the towels I asked for. I asked if I was ok for 20 mins without it so he could come down - if won’t be towed? She couldn’t even answer that so yeah I got an attitude. She walked always saying I didn’t have to get mad at her bc of it. She proceeded to bring me one towel not the set I asked for . When I asked her again she got annoyed and rolled her eyes. I work for a hotel. I am an auditor. The policy was not my issue. That I completely understand. It was how she handled it and her desire to not help or take an extra step or answer my questions. That’s the issue.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Super friendly staff and really accommodating as our flights got cancelled last minute and we had to extend our stay. Their free breakfast options are also really good!

Stayed here to do some.college visits. Basically we slept here and ate the breakfast. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gym was clean and had water and towels. Typical gym for hotel like this. 4 cardio machines and some dumbells up to like 50 lb and a multipurpose bench. The breakfast was decent. There was enough there to get the job done. My only complaint is the shower in our room sprayed water everywhere and I mean it hit almost every spot in that bathroom. I was worried about us slipping on the floor so I covered the floor in towels. Other than that no complaints.

This location is average in comparison to other Fairfield Inns. I would stay here again but it wouldn't be my first choice. I did like the outdoor pool.

They don’t wash the comforters!! I found disgusting stains and the hotel brushed it off saying they’ll bring it up to the cleaners. I highly doubt I’m the first person to complain about this. I will be escalating this to the California department of public health to investigate. There’s no excuse for leaving biohazards for your guests!

Our family loved our stay at the Fairfield. My daughter loved swimming in the pool and being able to see it from our room! The beds were comfy and the room had plenty of space for us all. The location is close to everything we wanted to see in LA!

Just a few of the pictures we took inside our hotel room. My only ick is the pool ia outdoors and lots of bugs get in and die in the water and that made me said because i REALLY REALLY wanted to get in

This place is nice. However, the elevator wasn't working which made things a bit more difficult being on the 2nd floor.. The ice machine on the 2nd floor wasn't working so I had to go up and down the stairs a bit more than normal. The late night front desk guy was extremely rude and judgemental. One night I was outside for a few minutes and as I walked towards the side door of the buiilding he yelled at me, "the cops have been called and are on their way!*. I asked, "why?" as he walked off and told me nothing more. I proceeded to go into the building through the side door, walked to my room, and go to bed. Nothing came of it but it was odd. He must have believed I was not a guest. Idk. Just not cool to be stereotyped or judge. Solid hotel overall tho..

The location was pretty good, you're not too far from the main spots in Los Angeles, but far enough that you would have to plan ahead if you want to avoid traffic. In terms of the rooms, they're fantastic. Extremely clean and room service is fantastic. Breakfast is another huge plus point, as they carry tons of options and front desk is more than happy to accommodate food restrictions/requests. The only thing I disliked a little was how small the fitness room is, its not bad for a small hotel, but there is only one bench, and a couple of cardio machines. Overall great hotel though!

It was clean and nice and all the employees were very kind especially Megan at the front desk. She was like a little Ray of sunshine every time we saw her.

This hotel looks new inside and out. Modern stylings. Right off the freeway. Pool and spa were open even though it was raining. Highly recommended for a quiet stay or rest from the freeway.

Location of the hotel is good but not a great area of town. Always felt safe but wouldn’t feel comfortable walking to a shopping center that is close. That being said the rooms were decent. Seemed to be relatively updated. Shower head in my room wasn’t broke but wasn’t functioning properly. Shower curtain wasn’t super clean but nothing gross. Just not typically the attention to detail that I’ve grown to expect from Marriott.
