We
picked
Il
Cafaggio
Primo
to
stay
in
for
4
nights
because
it
was
in
an
area
that
we
knew
well
from
previous
holidays
in
Tuscany.
This
was
a
lucky
decision
for
us
as
our
stay
here
was
beyond
our
expectations.
We
(3
adults
and
2
teenagers)
stayed
in
the
Grainery
appartment
which
was
a
lovely,
spacious
and
clean
living
space
for
our
visit.
There
are
so
many
excellent
things
to
say
about
the
place.
The
first
is
about
Simona
who
manages
the
place
who
really
was
brilliant
with
everything.
In
particular
she
went
out
of
her
way
to
ensure
that
there
was
always
a
special
breakfast
and
other
food
for
one
in
our
group
who
is
a
coeliac.
Simona
was
always
available
to
provide
advice
on
what
to
see
or
where
to
eat
in
the
area
or
just
to
sort
out
any
small
problems
or
answer
questions
that
we
might
have.
There
was
a
huge
breakfast
each
morning
sitting
out
in
the
morning
sunshine
overlooking
the
beuatiful
Arno
valley
and
also
on
our
last
night
a
magnificent
"pizza
evening"
that
all
of
the
guests
attended
(with
more
delicious
homecooked
food
and
drinks
than
anyone
could
want!).
The
swimming
pool
is
probably
one
of
the
highlights
of
this
place.
The
owner
himself
maintains
the
pool
every
morning
and
the
water
is
beuatifully
cooling
and
clean
for
a
swim
at
any
time
of
the
day
(and
is
safe
for
smaller
children
if
you
have
them).
We
would
(and
hopefully
will)
return
here
again
in
the
future
for
a
longer
stay.
One
piece
of
advice
is
not
to
use
AppleMaps
to
guide
you
to
the
location
....
it
will
bring
you
up
some
narrow
steep
roads
to
the
wrong
entrance
(which
is
not
used
by
guests
as
it
is
very
steep
and
overgrown).
Fortunately
the
person
whose
house
it
brought
us
to
was
very
understanding
and
he
tried
to
explain
(in
Italian)
where
I
should
go
to
get
from
his
house
to
Cafaggio
Primo
(which
we
did
within
5
minutes).
GoogleMaps
will
bring
you
by
the
correct
route
(which
is
a
little
steep
and
narrow
for
last
kilometer)
so
use
GoogleMaps
if
you
need
to
be
guided!
