Brilliant little family run hotel on the shores of the beautiful Lago di San Cipriano between Siena and Florence in the heart of the Chianti region of Tuscany. Beautiful setting where every view from a bedroom window is a picture postcard waiting to be made. Breakfast was excellent and the same family own a beautiful restaurant, excellent food and wine, less than half a mile away on the shores of of the same lake. Idylic and totally recommended.

Spectacular views, nice staff, clean rooms. However, the bathroom is really awkward and you can easily hear all sounds around you as the walls are quite thin.

Ambiance is nice, especially outside. However the rooms are small and a bit outdated. Personnel is very friendly. Price is low.
