Amazing place to wait for your train 🤩 everything is fresh & yummy 🤤 if you’re looking for more quiet & fancier spaces, try seating up stairs that less people go to. We shopped at the bakery, focaccia & brioche was awesome, potato pizza was a bit raw though. Also tried steak in meat shop, one of the freshest & best I’ve ever tasted. Totally recommended

Central station of Milan. A huge place for all transportation in the area. Trains, metro buses and more. Inside the station there are dozens of fashion and general parking lots. A huge food complex with dozens of cafes and restaurants serving almost any possible food. Very special and delicious dishes to take away or sit down. Dozens of desserts. The food place has 2 floors, there is another McDonald's and KFC food court

Really nice place - it is this kind of new type of food court with this very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. You can find anything there to eat from pasta to meat, including burgers, pizza and even sea food and also desserts. Quality is good at a reasonable price.

Nice modern space for some quick eat. Good choice of different food as pastries, desserts, foccacias, pizza, pasta, meat... My sfogliatelle wasn't very fresh, but I enjoyed foccacia with potatoes. We came in the morning so there was less option to eat as upstairs are places mainly for lunch and dinner. I was expecting a bit more from this space but I can imagine it can be much better in the evening.

Simply, this is the best food court in the world. All food is prepared freshly. You can eat right after cooking pan. You don’t need to speak Italian because all staff can speak English and you can see what you eat. Not only food but there are very nice wine bar where you can taste many different wine too. I have been there three times already but will visit there again.

Not as big as I expected. Other central markets in other cities much larger with much more variety. The food we had was just ok. And unfortunately rude service at the coffee place. Not to knock all the other places, as of course didn’t try everything. But you’re better off just going to any restaurant or cafe/bakery in the street.

Nice open area food court style with selected seating. Many gourmet options. Had the risotto, supli, pasta and few desserts. Great option if you have the time before/after catching the train or if you're staying near the train station.

Not crowded, easy to decide which food you suits better. The beverages come at your table in a separated bill. Everything easier with credit card and touch payments. Friendly staff and nice corner also in less crowded areas. Prices are ok according to the excellence of the offer.

Mercato Centrale is a fun, vibrant, cool place to eat. That doesn't make it good for food or prices. The stalls are all colorful and inviting with many chefs having their faces and books across the stalls. Just walk around and enjoy the sights and free samples but eat somewhere else. You'll pay too much for convenient but ultimately mediocre fast food pastas and other meals. The cacio e pepe was really thin, and the risotto was dense. Like I said, just skip it all and enjoy the bustling ambiance.

Great variety of food, All cooked on site, They have cafes, pastries, risottos, Roast chicken, we went for the roast pork and potatoes option, see photo cost $15 for 2 people. Also you can purchase fresh fish vegetables etc. Each product is a separate vendor. Ample seating, Busy but clean.

The best food in all of Milano. And very affordable too. I was mind blown by the variety and the taste of the food. Its a must visit in Milan and right outside the central station.

Not a huge selection of stalls like you would find in other food markets around the world but it's quite a decent, curated array. The place was absolutely packed for lunch and it wasn't even the weekend. There is a selection of different stalls with pizza, pasta, burgers, breakfasty/snack items, cakes and sweets and Asian cuisine in the main central area - to the far left is an area with fresh fish, meat and cheeses like a deli. There is also upstairs area that has more of a bar/wine bar environment with a few more stalls and what seemed to be a restaurant and the end.

An amazing place to eat and try multiple foods. There are tables to sit and bars to order drinks. The building is old, but its modern and welcoming. The upstairs is more quiet than downstairs Clearly a place to visit

We stayed in Milan for a week and had to use the main centrale station to get to different places. We stopped in the Mercato Centrale multiple times to grab breakfast as well as lunch. We also took a cooking class on the second floor called "towns of italy" cooking school. During the class the chef walked us around the market and explained where the vendors sourced their food and how they made their unique recipes. The market is long, and there are restrooms on the bottom (at the end) as well as upstairs.

So much variety in a convenient spot!! Prices and reasonable and despite being a “market” feels very comfortable with good seating areas. Especially liked the yellow saffron dish here. Food here is good to great but there are definitely better options in the city. However, this place is at such a convenient location and the choice to get all different options under one roof is great.

Great Central food market with a massive variety of local (and not so local) reasonable priced (for us) dishes. We ate at "il pane e i dolce davido longoni" canteen/ bakery (looks like various chefs with stalls/ pop ups) the pizza was super fresh (my ham and mushroom was just prepared and cut straight for the oven, i had the first slice! With fat juicy mushrooms heaving with toppings and crispy base) Slices are weighed so you can tell them how big or how small you want the slice and it is popped fresh into the oven

Centrale Market Milano is an epicurean delight in the heart of Milan that exceeded all our expectations. The market offers an incredible variety of fresh produce, meats, cheeses, and specialty foods from local vendors. Food stalls are diverse and dishes are prepared à la minute in open kitchens. Many local patrons, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is both vibrant and memorable. Great place to visit whenever you’re taking a trip to/from Milano Centrale train or metro station.

Nice food selection in this market. We tried the steak, beef brisket sandwich and tiramisu, everything was really good. The beer stall also has a lot of variety selection of beers.

You Must visit this place when in Milano. Pica is heaven and desserts are just phenomenal. Plenty of other good food options if you fancy something else.

Love this place! We arrived by train around 10pm from the airport and worried everything would be closed by then, but from the moment we walked in there was so much to choose from… pizzas, dumplings, pastries, sushi, fresh seafood, etc. Almost everyone speaks English and you can eat at the tables, or take the food to go. And you can be back at 7am for some fresh ricotta pastries:-)

It is a new part of the Milano Centrale railway station and they create a big, new, wonderful food court. You can find any kind of food from all around the world (not just Italian food) and the quality is high. The atmosphere is great and there are also lost of seats. Great place where spend few minutes to choose the meal and enjoy it

Good place to wait for your train, amazing choice of many different kind of food. Was there in mid September, many people but not too crowded. Easy to find a seat, there are more seating areas on the upper level. Definitely a good experience!

What an incredible place! Everyone is absolutely so friendly. Every restaurant stall looks delicious. Certainly could spend hours here! Really loved it and would love to return (again) when I’m back in Milan. We went twice and I’m very happy we did. Do checkout the upstairs. I remember tasting a bit of bread with incredible pesto recently. Everything is very clean and COVID safe. They check your green pass as soon as you sit down but also may ask if you are standing around. They are quite on top of it. Today I got the tagliata after having tried a taste of it the other night. So incredible. I like it quite rare and it was done unbelievably well. Check out the stand “la carne e i salami”. Highly recommend! Also had a nice glass of wine the other night.

Very cool concept with a big offer on food and drinks, freshly made. Be aware that if you eat inside, all of you will smell food after you’re out 😂 The portions are reasonable, however the prices are a bit on the higher side - avg 15€/person. We had two pasta dishes from the pasta spot: - carbonara > for us it was borderline uncooked, but the flavour was good. - pasta with fish bisque - lacking flavour and the quantity of shrimps was almost negligible 😅 They have real cool beers on tap 🍻
