Despite a very noisy and shooting customer at the desk doing a scandal without accepting the counter proposals of the hotel, the team were very polite and welcomed us to give the room cards. The breakfast was good enough, calm, and with good choices included plant-based milk. The room was clean and very well insulted, so it was very calm.

The cleanliness of the rooms, the general hygiene and the level of customer satisfaction of this hotel, which is close to Milan in terms of its location in our Italy holiday, is truly admirable. The hotel is quiet and günlük ücreti uygun seviyede bir otel

It is 10 minutes past midnight, I stopped by to charge the car. As usual for when I am charging, went inside to get a cop of coffee (00:10!!!) Super quiet and calm there. Then, the gentleman behind the counter greeted me with a smile and exclusively opened the bar for me and gave me a cop of coffee!

The hotel is clean modern . But and big but far away from milan city taxi ride too damn expensive from milan city to there and bus ride is not good service from hotel not bad but if you want to see the city please this more a business hotel .

Great hotel and service, but rooms need more furniture from my opinion.

Breakfast was included but when I went down to the dining room where I could see a beautiful buffet spread I was told not for me that I had to go across the street to this dingy hotel for what I can only describe as leftovers the pastries where stale the coffee was undrinkable stale cornflakes and all with disposable paper cups and disposable plastic bowls staff where rude and didn't want to help just stood with their arm cross looking like they wish we would go away do not stay here run away as fast as you can.

This hotel is very comfortable. It is a big hotel with a lot of room for parking. Staff is friendly and has a 24/7 reception. Rooms are spacious and good. Bathroom is nice with a big shower. Breakfast is good and gets refilled quickly. The hotel is 20 minutes from the airport. There are 2 or 3 restaurants next to it, otherwise nothing in the area.

This hotel is out of town, in the red light district. Staff were not helpful. We were booked in as part of a tour group and we’re treated poorly. We were sent to another area to have breakfast which was 1 cereal, 1 juice, stale bread and croissants served in plastic cups and paper plates while other guests had a lovely buffet breakfast. Had to ask at reception to get aircon turned on in rooms, No milk in rooms and non available on request. I will also be giving my feedback to the Accor group.

Great hotel for this price. The pizzaria close by is very good and cheap. The arrea arround the hotel is horrible. But for a one night stop great. Breakfast was bad.

I give easily 4 stars,staff are kind ,room is new and spacious,very comfortable bed,lobby is very chic and stylish,locatiin near all the highways,i give 5 stars if there is a refrigerator and coffee machine in the room.

The room was spacious and throughly cleaned daily. The bed was comfortable the only down side was not having a kettle in the bedroom.

Like every Ibis Style I've been yet. Very modern, comfortable, very nice. Small negative point: breakfast not included and located in the middle of nowhere but I liked the hotel. 5 stars worth!

Very good business hotel located in an industeial zone. Rooms are large and modern. Free large parking outside and a couple of (chain) convenient restaurants just around the building. No special charm bur very good value for money if you are around Carpiano. You will need around 40min by car to Milano in rush hours. No public transport closeby. Ideal for business stay over. Breakfast is good enough (knowing it is included in the price) Comfortable bed and large bathrooms.

Lovely hotel, nice staff. Unattractive surroundings (one can get informed about this before arriving). Poor breakfast in the group section. Pity they don't inform you beforehand and ask if you're prepared to pay a surcharge. Majority probably would. Pity.
