Family of 3 and we really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and our room was large and beds really comfortable. Our room (104) was very quiet. Staff were so friendly and helpful and let us store our bags at 10am before we checked in at 2pm, allowing us to make the most of our day and see the attractions. Loved our stay here!

Not the greatest night. Walls are so thin you can hear literally everything. It’s low budget so you get what you pay for but if you want peace and quiet I wouldn’t stay here. You hear every shower run and every car drive by. We asked if the room was quiet before checking in and her reply was simply “you have a budget room”. Wouldn’t recommend. WiFi is also super slow. Their airport shuttle is a complete rip off. It’s a 5 min ride and they charge €20 🤡. Staff is friendly though.

Great hotel. Close to train station (5 min walk) and a short 25 min walk to the main tourist area, around the leaning Tower. Very large room and bathroom, both were very clean and well presented. Breakfast was extra (12€pp) but perhaps a little overpriced; but it served its purpose and filled us up for a day of exploring! Can also leave bags at the hotel before/after your stay which is great!

Very basic room with dated decor. However, the rooms are very clean, air conditioned, there is an elevator (if you have heavy luggage) and the staff are friendly. Don’t come here on your honeymoon, but if you’re looking for an affordable option close to the train station / airport and walking distance to the major attractions, this is a good option.

I disagree with all negative comments about this place. This is typical Italian hotel. For those moaning that it is "back street" obviously don't realise that every street in Pisa is a back street. Ideally located for a walk to the Tower, something to eat etc. The decor and furnishing is not 'old' it is in keeping with Italian hotels. The staff are excellent, breakfast is standard fayre. 100% recommend.

The hotel is in calm neighbourhood. Not very special, but clean with big rooms. The staff was very helpful.

Stayed at this hotel for one night. The rooms are basic and clean. Air Conditioning was working very well. Breakfast was also good and convenient.

Friendly quaint hotel tucked away down a side street 15 minutes walk away from the railway station. Lovely decorated rooms which are extremely clean and spacious (we were upgraded to a suite - fabulous). Well positioned to walk Pisa with plenty of cafes bars and shops. Would certainly stay at this hotel again. :)

We stayed at this hotel with my wife for a business trip to Pisa. The hotel is located in the city centre very close to the train station and airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. Overall we are very sutisfied. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed a pleasant two nights at the hotel which is ideally located between the town centre and the station, with the airport a 15 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. With recommendations of what to do that's more off the beaten track (i.e. not the tower etc.) Which turned out great. The room was nice with a good sized bathroom.

I highly recommend the location, the staff are very friendly, helpful and very kind. Every thing is near and the rooms are big and very clean and comfortable. Thank you for everything! 🙏❤️

The place is run down, the people managing it are nice , so is the location. Ignore the pictures on Booking, as they aren't realistic.

Hotel dirty, there was hair in the sink in the bathroom when we arrived. Shower was broken and flooded the whole bathroom, we couldnt use it as the whole floor was wet. This is not a 3 star. 2 at best, avoid as this place is very dirty. Service unpleasant, we have asked the night before for late check out due to business calls.They agreed. Next day, this was not possible and we had to leave early. Hoast said the cleaners were here to clean. I asked if they could clean our room last as we have a business call. She said no. We had to take the call in a lobby, where was noisy. The worst thing was, no cleaners arrived at all till 12, so we could have used the room. We offered to pay extra for late check out, but this was refused in the mornjng despite it was agreed the night before. When we were leaving the hoast and her husband spoke bad about us in Italian, calling us names. They didn't know, I understand it.

Just arrived today and received very warm welcome from Angela. Nice large room, huge bathroom and a balcony. Added bonus is the air con as it's really hot at the moment. Easy walking distance to all amenities. Shops, bars, restaurants and local attractions. We strolled to the Leaning Tower today. A very pleasant garden where we are currently enjoying a glass of wine before dinner.

Lovely small family run hotel. Nice size rooms and friendly staff. 10 minute walk into the centre of town, I would definitely stay there again.

I booked for 2 nights and I had a problem with my flight so I call well in advance to my estimate arrival to get only 1 day charge but they denied even a discount!! If you can avoid!!

Only stayed 1 night so didn't get the full service. Staff were lovely, just a 5 minute walk from Pisa train station.

nice and clean, good location, friendly staff, the railway station and the city center are in walking distance. our room was litlle bit noisy from outside traffic.

Good location for station. Very clean room with towels changed daily. Staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyable breakfast with good choice and garden setting.
