This was our first visit to the Paradise Grill. We went for lunch on a Thursday. The parking lot was nearly full, and the dining room was busy with the locals. We were seated right away. We chose to partake in the steam table lunch special for $8.99. We had our choice of chicken fried steak, fried chicken, or chicken strips, plus two sides and dessert (or sub one side for a trip to the salad bar. We opted for the fried chicken, which was excellent. The sides were of average quality, and the peach cobbler was very good. The salad bar was well-stocked with a fresh and plentiful assortment. Service prompt and friendly. Overall, good quality and a great value.

I just ate here for lunch with my kids for the first time! It was great! The waitress was super kind! The other people that walked by our table were so friendly which made for a great family experience! Makes you wanna move here with how friendly everyone was! They had plenty of kid menu options so I was able to order all 3 kids food from it which was super cheap!! I ordered myself a steak and shrimp. My steak was cooked a little long but had a good flavor so wasn't too bad. Overall I love the place and we will be back!!

First time in Coldsprings and the food didn't disappoint. I got the sample platter of fried mushrooms, fried pickles and onion rings. And the mushroom Swiss burger, so tender and moist! And the reasonable price is even better along with wonderful service.

Great home cooked breakfast! The locals are very welcoming and the service is wonderful. Easy parking for my motorcycle. Place is hopping this morning. Stopped where all the cars were - glad I did!

Visited here this evening and not sure if they have changed management or do not train their waitresses but the service was awful. Our waitress never came back to our table to check on us, never refilled our water and we had to get up and ask for a to go box. Hopefully this will change as we used to enjoy eating out there.

I like it here and would give higher stars, but sometimes the food is salty. I don't use salt so I will say that a lot of other places I have gone to also have salty food. I had ordered the chicken fried steak and it was good. I only ate half and took the rest home. When I warmed it to eat, then it tasted very salty. But, it was very good while it was fresh at the restaurant! I also had the corn nuggets and they were very, very delicious 😋! I will return because I do like it there.

👍 The resteraunt is open earlier than most other establishments we've been to locally. 👍 The food is good, especially the chicken fried steak. 👍 The bread is good. The biscuits are light and airy. The toast, oddly enough, was great too. I think they use salted butter, which makes it more flavorful. 👎 The omelets are more like egg scrambles. 👎 Service can be a bit slow, and the restaurant may need help in the kitchen. 👍 Staff is polite and sociable. 👍 They got rid of the smoking section. We haven't been here in years because our clothes kept stinking of cigarettes after dining, even that one time we placed a to-go order. 🤛 I'll never eat in that former smoking section because I doubt they cleaned it well enough to eliminate the risk of 3rd-hand smoke exposure (it's a thing). 👎 I previously mentioned to-go orders. They don't do that anymore. 👍 However, you can get your drink to go. 👍 The men's restroom has funny decorations (pictured), so mind your aim!

We stopped in during a hail storm, absolutely luv'd the atmosphere in this small town, the folks were the nicest we've met in a long while, although the power & internet went out we all managed and I must say our waitress Makayla was the absolute sweetest! We will definitely be coming back very soon!
