If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I hired them to pick up my family members who were arriving to Punta Cana and traveling to Higuey (which is about an hour away) and they had SUPERB customer service skills AND kept me (who was in the US) alert of when they picked them up and when they dropped them off. I will certainly recommend them to anyone traveling to the Dominican Republic and will be using them when I and/ or family return. Thank you, it was such a delight to have them. From booking to the last drop off (since I hired them for a round trip) everything was phenomenal. 10 out of 10 would recommend, look no further this is the company to use. I should also add they have reasonable and affordable prices for their company too! Yuleisy and Julio, Jorge were amazing!!

First off, I very rarely give 5 stars. I'm one of the most difficult customers. This company offers extra quality service. They DO deserve their name. They waited for me at the airport with my name clearly on a sign. Then a lady took me to where the taxi was. They offered cold water, friendly attitude (Manuel is the best!) and English speaking service. I was picked up on time when returning to the airport at the end of my trip. I am a woman traveling alone and felt safe at all time.

A friend of mine told me about this company for airport transfer. I proceed to contact them and Book my Transportation I spoke with Jorge nice guy and friendly. We had also the safari city tour on private with them and our driver Manuel was taking us to very interesting places, we went to cocoa plantation and coffee we tasted that 100%natural we loved that we also made a cigar at the factory. We definitely had a great time I thank Quality a lot lot my vacation was perfect because of them. Thanks Jorge and thanks Many.

Our family took a vacation to Punta Cana and I was trying desperately to arrange a car service for pick up service at the airport and drop us to the resort. To make it more complicated, I had to book it for my in-laws who were traveling to the resort a few days sooner than us. So needless to say there for some amount of coordination involved because of the multiple travel dates. The Royalton Resort recommended Nexus Car Service. After a few failed attempts and reading their horrible nightmare reviews, I decided to do my own research. After doing a bit of research and calling around I narrowed it down to Quality Transport Service. They were not only quick to respond but also stood out because of their raving online reviews. Jorge the owner is very responsive, speaks English and gets the job done right! He was quick in his getting back to you and I was able to coordinate a pick up service from the airport to the resort for multiple parties on multiple dates. Given how seamless that process was, I coordinated all our return trips from the resort back to the airport which takes off lot of travel stress. Jorge's drivers arrived on time in ALL the occasions, even a couple minutes early. While in Dominican Republic Jorge is best reachable via WhatsApp. So be sure to download the app. Jorge is quick to respond on his WhatsApp and the communication is easy. My family and I will most definitely be using Quality Transport Service whenever we travel to the Dominican Republic. Thank you Jorge and all your wonderful drivers (especially Hector).

I literally booked them the night before to pick up me and my daughter at our hotel (Hyatt Ziva) in Punta Cana. They immediately emailed me to ask for my hotel and room number (security is strict going into the Cap Cana area, and they need this info to let taxi's in) I asked for them to be there at 1:30 PM and they were there waiting at 1:20 PM. Prompt, comfortable, air-conditioned car. Don't hesitate to book with them! I was also able to pay online using PayPal, which was very convenient since I lost my ATM card while travelling and had no access to cash.

Was picked up at Airport in Private SUV. Would definitely recommend. Pricing was the best around. Clean and safe.

Fantastic service. A little hard to find with them being near the "end" of the airport, with other transfer services. But once found, they were all very helpful. We were quickly in our vehicle and safely in our direct transfer to the hotel. No need to wait for a bus, and then go drop others off at other hotels. They were also right on time for picking us up at the hotel for our flight back home. And, again, no need to wait for a bus, and then have that bus need to stop at other hotels. We will DEFINITELY use Quality Transport again, with our next trip to Punta Cana.

If you don't use this company, you don't know what good service is. I have been to the DM (Punta Cana) and I won't use anyone else.

I recently had the pleasure of using Quality Transport Service for a limo ride from the airport to my hotel. I was very impressed with the service from start to finish. The driver, Manny, was very professional and courteous. He arrived at the airport on time and helped me with my luggage. He was also very knowledgeable about the area and gave me some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The limo itself was very clean and comfortable. It had plenty of legroom and was equipped with all the amenities I could need, including a TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi. Overall, I was very happy with my experience with Quality Transport Service. They provided a top-notch service at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a limo ride.

Excellent service from the very start. Jorge, in the office, provided a quick call back and text to book the transportation right away. The cost was 1/2 of what we were quoted by by another company. And Juan, our driver, is the best. He helped us to get into the place that we were going by dealing with a miscommunication and using some friendly influence at the registration desk. Will use them all the time when in the Dominican Republic.
