The place is always impeccable, organized and in very good condition. It has an outside area and an inside area where you can wait your turn. The girls at the reception are very friendly, as are those who do the Laser procedures. I have never had a bad experience. The reason why I don't give a 5 is because sometimes you have to wait too long to be seen even when you already have a scheduled appointment for x time.

Puse una cita con un mes de antelación y cuando fui me dijeron que no estaba agendada para ese día. Además, llevan la cuenta mal de las sesiones que quedan del paquete. Yo vivo fuera del país y vine aquí sólo a esto, y me hicieron perder tiempo y dinero. Por otro lado, si llega alguien que consideran de mayor estatus le atienden antes que tu sin problema aunque lleves esperando tiempo y tengas cita.

Antes de elegir, asegúrate de que el servicio al cliente sea de calidad. Aquí el ambiente es como si tuvieras que rogar para que te atiendan. Aparte hay que esperar mucho para agendar una cita. No me gustó la experiencia. Pésimo servicio…

Terrible customer service. Sold me a very expensive cream under the pretense that it was needed for after Laser, created huge reaction because it was expired and NOT appropiate for use. Then half way through my laser treatment refused to finsh the promotional package I had purchase because of mistakes in their documentation, treated me badly instead of clarifying confusion, made me wait over an hour for my appointment (always make you wait) and still haven’t had the decency to clarify or course correct. I am afraid they treat badly their employees hence why the reception is so unprofessional, thankfully the ladies that do make the treatments have been helpful and kind.

El lugar muy bonito, limpio y acogedor, el personal amable, pero la doctora que me toco más pendiente al tel que al cliente aparte no le explican las cosas como son hasta tenerte atrapada , la vendedora que me atendió me engaño no me dio las opciones correctas y luego de gastar un dineral me volvieron las manchas que no se habían quitado del todo y ahora las tengo igual o peor que al final no vuelvo hay ni para una limpieza me siento estafada.
