We spontaneously decided to have a pizza and came to this place on a Wednesday evening. The place had some customers but was not crowded. We ordered a 14” pizza, paid around 30 usd, went to our table and started waiting…waited for more than 30 minutes, no sign of the pizza coming, had to go and ask for it, then turned out our pizza was waiting for us in the pick up shelf for who knows how long :)) a bit disappointing. The pizza was fine - fresh, warm, the crust was very tasty. A nice feature of this place is that you can buy a slice of a ready pizza for ~5 usd, the selection of ready pizzas is sufficient. I liked the interior design of the place - photos on the walls look cozy, the furniture is comfortable, tabletops have beautiful golden color. However, the place is a bit untidy: food on the floor, crumbs on tables and furniture, stains on windows. The staff is polite but may be needs more discipline: couldn’t find a menu for us, didn’t bring our pizza, when working often were casually chatting with each other, hugging, standing together in groups, etc. It’s just confusing when you are sitting and waiting for half an hour. The outside seating is nice, however you will see homeless people hanging around. All in all, the place is fine, the prices are affordable, food is tasty, interior is nice, but the organization could be better :)

If you like thin crust, then you may like this pizza. Very yummy tiny pepperoni (curled and crunchy good). I prefer Chicago style pizza and I really dislike the reheated/overcooked crust here so that's a preference. Friendly staff, good place for families and great location.

Clearly one of the best pizzas I have heard in California. Coming from the East coast, I didn't have much expectation for the pizza to be good. The way they serve is in two ways: 1. Order a complete pizza (small, medium, Large). 2. Order by slices with the pizzas at the counter. What I ordered (Considering that I am a vegetarian): 1. Margherita Cheese Pizza Slice. 2. Veggie (Mushroom, Olives, Artichokes) Pizza slice. They reheat your pizzas just before they serve you in the oven. What I enjoyed the most was that their cheese was of high quality and quite stringy. It was fun to chew and tasted great.

Pizza good, large cheesy slices, very nice. Only 4* because nothing exceptional. I ate a slice and a half, wouldnt recommend pesto only because there is too much. Pepperoni had some oils on top but it tasted good. Service also medicore, nothing notable.

Love all the pizza slices! You can pick and choose whatever slices you like. However, it's a bit disappointing when some of the pizza options are sold out. My all-time favorite, the Big Sur, is a must-try! Can't wait to see more consistent availability and maybe a few more unique flavors to elevate the experience even further.

This is my favorite casual pizza place in the whole Bay Area. All of their slices are yummy, from the simple cheese to any of their complicated ones like the Figgy Piggy. They certainly have my heart.

They glare at you while talking in a circle if you ask them where’s your pizza when you’re the only person in there after 15 minutes of waiting. Some people just want to get their stuff and move on with their life because they have important things to do. Don’t make it more than it is.

Last night I ordered a Cowell pizza, to be delivered to my house, it was under cooked, the dough was raw. I was so disappointed. I had ordered one other pizza from here before and it was delicious. Couldn’t even eat it, it was that raw.

Not a very well maintained store in an upscale street. Disappointed to see the lack of cleanliness. The pizzas were too olily and had just too much of mushrooms. That’s ok if you like so much of mushrooms but we don’t.

It's a lively place and the vibe is cool around it at night. But unfortunately the pizza is not great at all. They have gluten free pizza but it was not so good as well...

I've Loved Pizza My heart since I started out in Santa Cruz back in the 90s and so glad to see them spreading to a wider area. And I think the pizza is less greasy than it used to be and I mean that in a good way

A little pricey, but the pizza is really good and tastes great. There's a tiny learning curve on the soda machine. Also a nice beverage selection. I went with a bunch of work buddies, so the overall atmosphere was nice.

I went here to get my daughter a pizza slice. The slice was small. I asked for a bigger one. They didn't want to but I was going to ask for my money back. They just put the small slice back for resale.

Grabbed a couple of slices. Solid little pizza place to grab a quick bite. Staff was friendly and served it up pretty quick. The cheese was better than the veggie slice for me.

The good is great. I've been getting Pizza My Heart since I was a kid. I understand some students work behind the counter. Their customer service skills are not pleasant. They just seem upset being there. Or have a rude attitude when someone is asking a question. I've been in a customer service/retail setting. If you're having a bad day don't show it at work.

Food was great. I loved the pizza. First time I've gone there so I asked the staff for recommendations and they were very friendly. I liked how the pizzas were thinner and had crunch edges, but we're still doughy towards the middle. Great pizza place to go. I'd go again.

Then food was really good and the service was pretty mediocre; not bad but not good either. It may have just been the time that I visited, but the restaurant was basically empty so it was just me sitting quietly eating my pizza. The place was clean and maybe a little more vibrant at other times.

The pizza was amazing! It was perfect for my son and my friend and we left satisfied. I haven’t eaten cheese in long time either, yet it was good for my belly! The time it took was reasonable. The staff were friendly and they had enough outdoor seating for us to grab a table and eat. The bathroom was open too, in case that’s needed. The only small downside is that it was quite windy at the time (7/20/20).

Great food and experience, even during the pandemic. Everything is pretty much the same as before the pandemic, with the exceptions of the drink fountain being closed and only outdoor dining being available. You can still buy bottled drinks inside, however. There are plenty of tables outside for outdoor dining and plenty of room to social distance.

Young man in there seemed a bit pushy and I was the only one in line at the time. The young lady asked to help me i looked up and acknowledged her as I was getting my stamp card out he hollered sir at me as if to rush me to pick, I ordered and didn't get offered anything other then my slice. I noticed certain ethnicities were getting treated the same way I was, and when someone of his similar skin color came in they were treated nicely and offered cheese and peppers napkins etc but why wasn't I and the others. The food is always amazing and as a former employee I still trave about how great the pizza is here but if I was his manager I'd definitely look into his behavior.

Not my favorite crust, but the fact that they have ricotta cheese bumps it up to 5 stars. This location is also open later than most other pizza places in the Bay Area. (Don't trust the Google hours listings, if you're reading this during the pandemic, BTW. They usually close an hour earlier than whatever Google says. Call to double-check before driving there) The Fort Point pizza is my favorite. Pesto + artichoke hearts + ricotta cheese + marinara sauce FTW. Personally, I like Round Table's marinara sauce better. Pizza My Heart tomato sauce is a little on the watery side and has big pieces of tomato in it (which some people like, but, personally I think that's better suited to certain types of pasta). I have experienced some variance in their sauce though. One time it was better than others. Be advised: this pizza does not keep and heat up as well as you may be used to with some other pizza places. Even in a toaster oven, the center tends to stay kinda soggy (though that might also depend on your toppings). It's better fresh. Restrooms at this location are shared with other businesses in the same building, but very nice.

I went there on Halloween. Apart from a very good pizza they have their place nicely decorated. The staff was also very nice.

So glad they're using Miyoko's new vegan cheese! My only recommendation would be to ask for extra sauce if you order one, because the default sauce-to-cheese ratio is off. It's like they put the cheese on the bread, then drizzle the sauce on afterwards.

The pizza was baked in the perfect way with a lot fresh vegetables. it was delicious people are nice and everything was clean. The beer was cold enough l to taste good good job guys it was wonderful.

Great pizza! For 5 bucks a slice it provides excellent service for all your pizza needs. I wouldn't say it's as good as Giovanni's New York style pizza from Sunnyvale, but the pepperoni slice is nevertheless succulent and tasty down to the last bite.

The best!! From food and homemade desserts and breads, to custom meats and great coffee and the lovely people that provide service to you here, you owe it to yourself to dine at thus restaurant, or at least treat your wife or significant other to a meal here; they will love it!! Guaranteed!

This is like the best pizza I've ever had next to Tony G in SF. This place can hold their own against any nationally ranked pizza parlor.

This spot is the one I like best. I go to many restaurants but here I constantly return again and again. The team is very chummy and the cooking they offer is so delicious. I never decline to have a good meal here. I highly recommend this place.

For a fast food pizza place, pizza my heart always delivers. They have a wide variety of types of pizza, some very good sales and such for customers, and they keep the place clean and attractive. I also like the fact that they have some really good salads available too - not just pizza. I haven't gone to a pizza my heart yet that I didn't like - highly recommended for fast food pizza!
