We've adopted kittens and puppies from SOS and bring them back for vet care. What a great and needed addition to this little town. They provide much needed service to everyone here.

I have used SOS for grooming services for my small dog since January and love ❤ the place. The staff are very knowledgeable and supper friendly I am going to get my dog spaded next week at SOS as I'm so comfortable and impressed with this place.

SOS sincerely cares for all the animals. They tend to each and every animal like it was their own family pet. They are always in desperate need of any assistance whether it be volunteering or a monetary donation. Please, please, please consider Spaying and Neutering your pets. To say that the dog and cat population is out of control is a huge understatement. SOS is there to take care of all your needs. The costs involved are more than reasonable. In the last month, both of my dogs have visited this facility. The vet is very knowledgeable, and all the staff and very kind and compassionate. Both dogs required blood work to be fine, which they took right there, and sent off to Rivas to be analyzed.

Professional and friendly! These are some of the kindest and most knowledgable people you will find here! I would at any time trust them again with any of my pets, be it in an emergency, for grooming or a teeth cleaning! Thank you for making this world a better place!

I am a volunteer here and the work and help SOS animales provides for the community of San Juan del Sur is paramount to the needs of the abused and neglected animals here. They offer a sterilization day 1x a month for C250 or donations of $25. The vets and staff go beyond what is needed for the animals that enter. Consultations are inexpensive and they have grooming services available tòo.

We got our health certificate here for crossing the Nica border for our dog for $30. Very nice person and easy - took about 10 min and got an apt the day before on whatsap. Of course at the border they didn’t even look at it - so it goes!

Dr Roberto and his team are the best in the business. Always sooooo helpful, kind and patient. We have been there many times for our many animals, and they always show so much care and attention and professionalism. We are so grateful that they are here to service our community. Their new location is big, bright and beautiful and we know the change is going to well received. God bless them all🥰

I fostered a cat with SOS Animales and take my dog here for her checkups. If there is ever an emergency, their highly trained and experienced staff are the most reliable and professional option for animal care in SJDS. Not only that, but the owners are progressively educating the community on animal care and making it incredibly affordable to everyone!

I am forever grateful for SOS Animales. The staff is so professional while also being so incredibly friendly and caring. They are so attentive to every detail and are so on top of communicating. The entire team made me feel so secure and kept me in the loop with everything that was going on. Highly, highly would recommend as this was better than any experience I've had in the States.
