Delicious homemade ice cream and a ton of unique and interesting flavors to choose from. Lots of pistachio, coconut, coffee and cheesecake options particularly. I really enjoyed the chocolate oreo cheesecake ice cream. Staff was friendly. Definitely becoming a regular as there are many other flavors I want to try.

Ice cream is always a great way to end a long day. This ice cream shop in particular has taken ice cream to new levels as they have some of the most original flavors I’ve ever tasted. We all tried different flavors but I can’t remember the names to give a referral however all tasted as named. This family run business makes you feel at home. Would definitely return for a doubles ice cream another time.

The customer service is great. I love that the guy is so willing to explain the creation and history of their unique icecream. I did sample the Scorpion pepper, the pineapple chow ice-cream. Very tasty but way too hot for me. Most of the ice-cream is vegetarian safe except for those with brownie bits. There are also vegan options although limited. He claims there are 117 flavours. I went basic today. I tried the coconut it was really good. They also have a mice collection of cakes, donuts and coffee

They have a unique collection of flavors. Salt prunes, pineapple chow, pepper mango just to name a few.

Really nice place and ice creams were lovely. I loved how light the charcoal coconut was. These ice creams are home made and you can taste the difference from store bought. Place is clean and tidy. Felt that customer service was pleasant but could smile a lil more. :) Otherwise, I'd definitely return and recommend. I want to get a tub of ice cream for home consumption. I only took. One star off because it said there are 100 flavours and there was only a few but I'd really only take off a quarter star tbh. I added back the star as I went to get Ice cream in their sale at another location a few doors down another day (covid restrictions). They didn't have the flavour I wanted. They ran to their main store and got it mixed and brought to me. Great customer service here. However, the ice cream was brighter, lighter and the one before was more pale and a bit heavier. I called up the shop to ask and they explained there is a non-dairy version and that they should have asked me which one. They apologised profusely and offered me a refund AND a new tub of ice cream. Regardless, the ice cream was non-dairy, it tasted great (I'm Lactose intolerant anyway) and because they gave the best customer service, I kept the ice cream and declined the refund. Would still recommend 100%. Catch them of they ever have sale, we got loads of tubs and single serve sizes, more than we needed but the ice cream is so great we couldn't decided.

Very warm and inviting atmosphere created from those behind the counter. Excellent service and ice cream! I highly recommended them!

We tried doubles ice cream! 🤩 So doubles ice cream was really interesting. It tastes like doubles but it’s ice cream. I’d recommend you try it at least once. A&J's Premium Ice Cream has other nice flavours. We also had sorrel, sorrel cheesecake, charcoal coconut and a cotton candy flavoured one called unicorn! My son says the other flavours were all better than the doubles, but the doubles is definitely the thing that drew us in!

Fantastic service! This ice cream is a must try! I had a sundae with the coffee bliss, nutmeg and rice crisp. It was not the best combo but, individually, each tasted delicious. My fav was the rice crisp! I'm definitely going back!

Its not the best but i also had worsed it was a nice for a one time outing .The only diffrence amung from any other ice cream shop is the dubbles which is plain ice cream with paprika on a milk crep and the diffrennt "dubbles flAvors " Would i reccmond here yess if u live close if u are not just look for whats close to u

Absolutely cute family oriented business. I had shrimp Alfredo pasta and took some ice cream home. Will definitely go back great energy xo.

From the entry, it's lovely. 'Mum' came to personally meet and welcome me. The owner was also on the way out, but stopped to welcome me and chat about the products. It's a lovely setting. Frames for selfies, book nook seating, al fresco, alongside standard seating. Clean and well kept. Food is offered but some things are not available at this outlet, so you need to ask. Hamburgers are new offerings here. Brentwood has another branch which offers food and coffee. The Charlieville outlet does not offer coffee, sadly. But note, it's Nescafé on sale. Ice cream evermore. I sampled doubles ice cream which is unique indeed. Pineapple chow is peppery with pineapple chunks. Scorpion pepper ice cream is exactly that - a hot pepper sweetness. It's almost as if the coolness and sugar are to tone down the pepper's heat. The one I enjoyed was the sorrel coffee crunch. The crunch comes from nuts so ask about ingredients if you have allergies or food sensitivities. Traditional flavours are abundantly available too, from coconut to soursop to chocolate chip. I ordered the pistachio, and the sorrel coffee crunch. The containers come in variable sizes that are comparable to the foreign brands we purchase. I enjoyed the sorrel coffee crunch option. The challenge for me would be that I would not want these exotic flavours except to try once. Small containers for these are from $25 which might be much for some just trying out some new flavours. They offer a large size with up to three flavours for variety. Kudos for that. I would visit again to try some other flavours, and maybe sample the food.

It's quick service and friendly staff. Love the makeover, really adds a nice fun ambience. The ice cream is of top quality and the choices are endless. Love them.

Upon entering we were greeted by the owner who was such a wonderful person. He was extremely helpful and patient. There was such a variety of flavours and each was completely unique. Definitely a 10/10 experience
