The place is quite basic and quite lacking in hygiene (the bathrooms are terrifying and have only one robe that rotates between clients - luckily I brought my own towel)... the employees are loving... but the owner's treatment is THE WORST, both with the employees themselves (I've had to see how he mistreats them) and with the clients themselves. They are supposed to work with a shift schedule... however, they put several people on the same schedule and serve them in order of arrival (they have only one machine). After making me wait 40 real minutes, I made a respectful complaint to the owner precisely because of this level of delay since I had a scheduled shift. At the time he ignored my complaint, but minutes later via Whatsapp he told me that HE WAS SUSPENDING ME FROM THE NEXT SHIFT AND NOT TO RETURN TO THE CENTER IF I WAS NOT WILLING TO WAIT AND TO FINISH MY TREATMENT IN ANOTHER PLACE!!! A total shame!! Customer comments are supposed to serve to improve, not to be ejected!! Clearly I am not going to return or recommend them...

The owner is very rude, if you give an opinion to improve the service due to non-compliance with them, she invites you to stop the treatment. Unpunctual... the truth is that it makes no sense to waste money and time in this place
