Very nice apartment but nothing luxury, old broken and worn furniture and no napkin. Nor a filthy toilet soap and few towels

Very good location, they lack a lot of maintenance. Dirty walls and small details to fix. The staircase is not safe for children.

Good option to stay in the Palermo area. Large apartment, blocks from Palermo Park, La Rural, Sanatorium area. Subway and bus stops three blocks away.

Very disappointed with this place. The only good about the place is the location, the rest is all bad. All the furniture was old and outdated, the place was dirty, not enough towels, the beds covers and sheets where dirty, no one came to clean or at least ask if we needed something in the 3 nights I was there. It just not even worth the price they charge you. It is not even a luxury apartment, not even close to it. Really bad. Not what a tourist is looking for in a luxury apartment, the pictures they show is not what you find when you go to the place. Oh the wifi is really slow and they only have one tv in the whole apartment, no tv in the rooms. The hot water runs out really fast. Bad. I took a lot of pictures of what the apartment really looks like.
