We love our stay here. It’s located in walking distance to the fresh market and many restaurants. Room is clean and staffs are friendly.

Everything is Great, but.... So so Small bathroom, sink outside? AC on top blow to your head and Security sometimes just sit there and look you park at park lot. Anyway, I love place with view & big balcony (can you do toilet big like this?) Quiet & Peaceful

I stayed here in December 2021 for a few nights. The rooms and the facilities did not match the photos on agoda website. The rooms and hotel premise seem deserted, needed much more care and maintenance. I found a snake right at the bush next to the swimming pool. After I told the staff, nothing was done. They simply said the gardener was not around. The room is spacious but with low ceiling and no opened view, only a roof of a house next door, was tiny but not well-cleaned. I have seen a better 3-star hotel than this one. Location is convenient. Although it was next to the riverside, there is a huge billboard blocking the view of the river. The duck noodle place next door to the hotel is absolutely a must-try. Reception was not very helpful but polite.

Attractive small hotel with gorgeous pool terrace mostly screened off from the river, away from city congestion. Several restaurants nearby. Desk staff couldn't point me to an affordable per-kilo laundry, but were willing to send clothes out for per-piece (expensive) laundering. They should know & tell both options.

AVOID THIS HOTEL!!! it’s even not worth the 1 star the high rating is liee Rooms have mold smell, bed is rock hard, in front of the hotel only 4 parking lot, need to walk and cross 2 red light at other parking lot , the bathroom design is not good if stay with friends, sink is outside, the closet and the shower each room, i can smell the poop smell if someone use the toilet because there is a gap, the wall is thin i can hear noise from outside, SKIP this hotel if u want have a goof stay, there’s more other good hotel with the price point

The hotel needs some renovation, but it is very clean and the staff is nice and polite. Cheap room approx. 1.2-1.4k Thb/day for 2 people. It is located a bit off the beaten path in Chiang Mai, but it has its advantages - it is quiet and peaceful. Only 1.5 km to the center, approx. 25 min. on foot. Good point for onward travel to Pai, close to Bus Terminal Arcade 2 (2 km). I highly recommend it.

Stayed at this hotel for a week, then booked another week because it was such a great place to stay, and a great value. The room is modern, nicely designed, and very comfortable. What sets this hotel apart is the staff. From front desk to housekeeping, they were welcoming, professional and competent. I would book another week but need to check out another area of Chiang Mai. Will stay here again next trip to Chiang Mai.

Pro: - Anantara River View with much cheaper price. - Quiet and peaceful location - Accessible and convenient - Big room compared to price - Big balcony like a luxury hotel. - Security and front desk are available 24 hrs. Con: - Wash closet door is always leaking when shower, need to be fixed.

Clean and spacious accommodations will all amenities for a great weekend get-away or a long stay. Placed at a convenient location near Chieng-mai city. Very limited parking spaces though.

Some of these reviews clearly must be fake, because this hotel certainly is neither clean, nor quite. Rusty and mouldy parts everywhere. The room smells literally of mould and you can see where the hotel has overpainted smelly parts to camouflage the mould. Bed was hard like a rock, walls thin like paper and insects in the room. I left immediately and went to another hotel. Staff said they understand me and we will check for reimbursement. But - even though I stayed in the sister hotel of the same brand - I did not get my money back. Horrible experience. Avoid this place if you want a nice stay in Chiang Mai.

Big room and private. Naming the branch is very very confused with the othe B2 located next 1km. ahead. Hard to find the accurate pin in delivery applications. Service good in Line chat but front staffs have no information training... for recommendation spots, transportation, directions etc. Just sta, give a room card and ask for 500 bath deposit.

I stayed there for 2 nights for a sudden trip. The location was along the river by having trouble finding a parking lot. There were many B2 in Chiangmai so it was a bit confusing about location. The room layout was a bit weird for me that when I opened the door I firstly saw the bathroom. The room was spacious and clean. There was a big balcony here. The location was a bit far.

Very good value for money. Pool area next to the river is lovely, even if the water is usually quite cold. Rooms are a good size, although the beds were too hard for our tastes. Located a few minutes from the old town with a few cafes and restaurants around. All in all would recommend staying here for those looking for affordable accommodation in Chiang Mai.

Uninspiring hotel that feels very neglected. The rooms are well sized but the bathroom had a bad smell, the AC was noisy and the wall sockets didn't all work. The lobby looks a mess and no care is taken in the hotel common areas. The pool is ok but the garden is too overgrown to enjoy the Riverside view. No pool towels provided. The location saves this from a one star review as it's close to Warorot Market. Much improved needed to justify the price of this B2 Riverside resort. The Riverside B2 hotel which is down the road looked much better when we walked past.

- Room is spacious enough. - Room is still not clean such as some hair in some area. - Basin clogged is not drain properly. - Staff was not advice the information. - Hotel is beautiful. - Security guard is not proactive to take care of cars. - When checking in and give a rating to hotel, you will get a FREE Hotel brand lipstick, as long as you rate. The lipstick is so good, recommended.

Great rooms and facilities. However they allowed people that didn’t check in yet to use pool facilities 4 hours before their check in. Meaning they unpacked and took a shower by the pool hanging around with all their stuff opened there. Limiting access to others that already staying at the hotel for days . Talked to the staff and they didn’t do anything about it.

We stayed here for s one night stop over. Room was a bit grubby and not that well located. Wouldn’t recommend staying more than a few nights. Very reasonably priced though & next to the river!

Nice sized rooms,cleaned daily a little out of the city, fare about 35 baht with a taxi motorbike. English not great at reception, think only one lady speaks OK. 500 baht deposit on arrival.

I love the pool and the garden, it’s a great place to hang out. I had to change my room in the middle of the night tho because there were about 20 poisonous scolopendra on the floor. Still the staff got me a new room immediately. Besides that the shower was lacking and my whole room got flooded with water:/
