For some reason our reservation was lost, so we had to go to another hotel for the first two days. We wrote to management for an explanation but they never approached us. The hotel is cozy and rooms nicely decorated but refurbishment is due. The air con in our room was horribly noisy. Nice pool and terrace and garden, friendly staff.

It’s such a cute boutique hotel! Friendly staff! Amazing breakfast (although they don’t present the buffet breakfast if there isn’t enough guest, you can still order directly from the staff)! Bed is very comfortable, clean room. Location is pretty good, not too far from couple night markets, easy to get to anywhere with “Grab” - the Thai Uber.

A gem within a bustling city. The staff are attentive and helpful and the unique style of the hotel provides a serene experience. Staying here definitely enhanced our trip to Chiang Mai. The food (breakfast and afternoon tea) is consistently excellent - and worth visiting the cafe/restaurant even if you're not staying there.

Highly recommended to visit this hotel!! Very classy in hotel designed and decorated. You can take a photo in all areas with nice furnitures. The room is quite functional and clean. All staffs are friendly and helpful. There’s also have a small nice coffee shop inside. Unfortunately, the restaurant is still closed because of COVID-19. I really love to be here. Very cozy and easy to go in the city. I can walk around and take photo along Ping river as well. Love it!! I will revisit this hotel for sure!!!

Overpriced / falsely advertised / no restaurant / buffet breakfast not always available regardless of payment / pool closed / noisy / water pressure sucked / tvs don’t work . Customer service does not respond. Much better hotels in Chiang Mai for much better prices and experiences

Nice loca on the river and close to market (5 mins walk) but things to improve 1) bad bed quality. We both had back pain and not quality sleep. 2) inconsistent staff quality. 3) unnecessary charges. Got charge almost 400 bht during check-out and they said there was blood stain on a towel. Overall nice hotel but not worth money since lacking of basics and yet not fair. Will not come back.

Good bed, great pillows, close to Markets, right on Mae Ping River, and load of Restaurants nearby. Staff are very nice and friendly. Will be back. (Only one thing missing was Lotion in Bathroom )

Amazing hotel in Chiang Mai! Very well decorated, with a beautiful garden and very clean swimming pool. Great location, accross the river but close to the center. Would recommend staying at the 'Willow' rooms, in the ground floor with direct access to the garden in front. The staff are very attentive and thoughful. We had a magnificent stay!

Cozy boutique hotel with a well designed room layout. Excellent service from check-in to check-out. Missing 1 star due to the noise insulation of the room. The venue next to the hotel had loud music playing at night during my stay, and the sounds can be heard inside the room.

Rooms and location are really nice. Breakfast is just ok. However, Chiang Mai has lots of great brunch options so it's probably better to just get out!

I had a very lovely stayed here. Really love the staff, they were so accommodating and helpful. At first I had a bit of a problem with booking through Agoda but the hotel took care of which I really appreciated. They also helped me with last minute car rental. Just really impressed with the room as well as it was nice and clean. The location is also conveniently located in central city area with cute little cafes around. I look forward to coming back here again in the future!

Loved this hotel. Good location -- away from the crazy area but just a short walk across the bridge and you're where the markets are. The staff are beyond friendly. So accommodating and kind -- I looked forward to seeing them at breakfast and tea time. Rooms are clean and comfortable with an understated, artistically chic touch. Pool was great after hot afternoons/day trips. Best food items -- rose honey tea, Thai spice chicken wings, Khow suey. Breakfast is included and huge!!

I last visited in 2019. I love this boutique hotel. The staff is attentive. The food spot on, especially breakfast. Their café is manned by experienced baristas and the location is ideal.

The service is very good. All staff has very good service mind. The facilites are nice, well decorated, and clean especially the cute swimming pool. The bed is comfortable. Surprisingly, the food at the restaurant is also delicious and reasonable price. "Pad Thai" is recommended.

Beautiful design hotel in Chiang Mai next to the Ping river. My husband and I booked one of the willow room in the courtyard. Those are stand alone rooms with lots of privacy. The staffs are friendly and very accommodating. We had dinner and breakfast here, all delicious! There are lots of boutique shops and cafes close by.

Stayed for 4 nights. Nice breezy location off the river. Beautiful modern Chinese design but too many people taking pictures all of the time killed the vibe. Their coffee was very good and I appreciated having options for fresh fruit and salad for breakfast. The staff was friendly but service was just decent and not very accommodating. WiFi is spotty; turns off at night. Best part of our stay was the proximity to local sukothai noodle shop just south of the hotel (1 min walk). Maybe stay 1-2 nights but gets old after that.

One of the best boutique hotels I've visited. I was impressed from the moment we arrived. They allowed us to leave our luggage there before check in so we didn't have to carry everything around for hours. The staff was friendly and informative. Plus the breakfast was very generous and delicious! We look forward to visiting again!

Modern Chinese stylish hotel in the mid of Chiangmai city facing the river. Service is really good and I like their afternoon snack with Taiwanese Toast. The room is well decoration with neat & nice furniture, the bed is alright but a little smell in the room & the towel is a bit too old. Staffs can arrange breakfast box if you need to leave hotel early in the morning.

😐 Nothing special about the food but on the expensive side. I’ve tasted way better by a way cheaper price elsewhere. Service is quick and place is overly decorated by artworks. Quite humid as there is only one window & door upon the entrance/exit to ventilate a deep stretch of a restaurant. All these...

👍👍 ***** MasterPeach Star ***** This 3 decades restaurant will never turn you down. They have a lot of Traditional Thai Menus worth trying before you die. 👍👍 Excellent place for Thai food! Was very busy when we stumbled across it in the old town: short wait to get a table. There’s an extensive menu with most of the usual suspects - the ones we had were delicious! Especially the spring rolls and aubergines with pork were great. If you’re lucky, you’ll get...
