Today I bought 2 defective (expired) cans of expandable foam. Will I go back to return them. NO! WHY? Even though there are 10-15 people greeting you at the entrance, hardly anybody speaks proper English. Until you have explained the issue, 15 minutes are gone. If you are lucky and they accept your complaint, it will take another 15 minutes or more and three employees to fill out forms and other paperwork. It's not worth it to ruin my nerves with these folks. Don't get me wrong, they are all very kind. But being kind doesn't mean being professional.

One day, Im going to ask the Home Pro accounts department to add up how much we have spent here. It must be over B3M Im sure. Why so much? Well because this store is gives a consistently good experience each and every time. And you can easily return goods that, on second thoughts, are not the right colour etc. Im always impressed by the enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff, the logical store layout and wide aisles to display the range of goods available.

Amazing service! Definitely beware of the quality of materials and workmanship though (check everything), but I'm satisfied and surprised by the good service. I had bought several items including a mini shoe rack for delivery. After their delivery person assembled it, the wooden piece in the middle was cracked. I was disappointed at first wondering if maybe this is just Thailand quality, but they took a picture of it and returned the next day with a replacement piece! Unfortunately, by that time I had also discovered that the door wasn't assembled straight and didn't close all the way. I showed that to them and was wondering if maybe I was expecting too much. But they again, took pictures, took the whole thing back, and then the next day they brought a brand new one that they already assembled and checked! Properly assembled, no cracks, door closes fully! I'm very happy to see that they actually care about the quality of the items they're delivering, even if it's only a 1200 baht item, I'm not just buying something "as is", or taking a gamble with whatever they have in stock (like Decathlon). They'll assure you get the right quality and it definitely motivates me to trust them and use them in the future. So quality-wise, definitely check your items for damage, mis-assembly, etc and ask for repair/replacement if it is. It's still a hassle time-wise, but at least they'll take care of it.

This store is terrible!!! I bought a water dispenser and it was broken when it arrived! I contacted a million times and nobody came to solve the problem! It’s such a rip off!!! Can’t believe this kind of unreliable shop exists!

Good quality goods, great price and free parking. Home Pro is IKEA and more. It's the one stop home solution to all your problems. I visit Home Pro once every 2 months. There's always something to work on, you know, home improvement and stuff. So that's how Home Pro come to be my second home. This one in chiangmai is huge. They are all humongous but this is huuuuuge. Lookout for the red sticker which means it's an discounted item. When discounted, it's even cheaper than Makro and Big C!

Cheap furniture, helpful staff. One of my chest of drawers bought 3 months ago was falling apart and they came and fixed it at no extra cost.

My go to place for things that I need, just about every catagory but food are covered in this store. Juat about any catagory is covered from home and automotive to electronics and toys. If you think you need it, its probibly there. You won't be disapointed with the prices or the selection.

Everything from bed linens to power tools. Everything to fix up the house. Microwaves and cooking utensils, yard furniture and shovels. And a wonderful and helpful staff. If you find an employee who goes over and above responsibilities let the manager know

Not bad to get your tools here if you need them right now but a little bit more pricey. Lots of helpers standing around with enthusiasm but little knowledge. Should teach better knowledge of the products they are trying to flog off. Otherwise ok. Still miss Lowe's...

Usual HomePro visit…but today I was approached by two different people asking if they could help me and they did! Better than normal today! Home Pro could cut their staff by 50% and that overhead if they were trained how to deal with people! Having 25 customers and 25 staff standing around doing their best to avoid eye contact with those customers looks really bad! Bad service trickles down from the top….from the management..always! Having said that I’m farang and used to 4* service in my country or the company is gone!!…so maybe I’m a tough customer!

A bit expensive. You can get many similar products cheaper in Big C Extra on the same floor of the mall.

Good shop for some home improvement stuff. Little bit on the expensive side but nicer than other stores and has a bigger selection.

I don’t speak Thai and just showed pictures to the wonderful workers and they took me to the product rather than just point away.
