Thorough incompetence at every turn. Some Thais could really care less about how they represent the businesses they represent and they seemed to have managed to find an entire staff of them. Days of promises to fix services you pay for. Returned to the room 3 times after cleaning to find the room left open. The staff refused to fix the door. Only stay if you want empty apologizes and poor service.

Pleasantly surprised! Loved having the bathtub and the room was set up like a little apartment. We had a huge kitchen sink which was so nice to have because we like to prepare our own salads to take with us. There was a decent sized fridge and a kettle. There's a table and two chairs. A balcony. Lots of outlets to charge your devices, even one located on the side of the headboard. I'll include pictures

SG family on 30 days Road Trip to Thailand from Dec 2019 to Jan 2020. Location is far from Chiang Mai night market but near to Central Festival Mall. Conveniences like self-service laundry, gymnasium and swimming pool are available. Limited parking space. Staff and security friendly and approachable. Didn't like the type of people occupying here. More to local tourists accommodation.

The rooftop pool (tiny)and patio are superb. Unfortunately some of the infrastructure of the rooms is poor and in what I suspect will be a downward spiral. E.g. both the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink drained slowly, and the former actually leaked out onto the floor. They tried to fix it in quick fashion, but before our stay ended it was leaking again. This establishment, and the friendly staff, is trying hard, but the property has built in weaknesses that hinder them.

Typically aimed at the Thai market, the greenery offers a few options on the size and layout of residential apartments. Not suited to western tastes, they are equipped with a fairly spartan kitchen and no laundry facility. They do offer a 4 star hotel type accommodation with access to a rooftop pool & a fitness room. There's also a communal area on the roof clad with astro turf that has commanding views of the surrounding area.

Very clean polite staff bed the best in chang mai and not too expensive. Definitely can recommend the place. 👍👍👍🇦🇺
