This hotel was one of the best things of our trip to the Amalfi coast. The service was fantastic. There always seemed to be multiple staff members ready to help you at any moment. The staff would help us coordinate and navigate to nearby cities. They helped us figure out the bus system and getting to our destinations such as the ferry to Capri. They also arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport. After we checked out, they held our luggage for us and arranged for a trusted driver to meet us in a nearby town with our luggage later that afternoon.

We had the pleasure of staying in the Villa which was a great experience so I can’t comment on the other rooms. All the staff were marvelous from the breakfast workers to the front desk. Situated on a relatively quite road it is within 20 minute walking distance of the centre of town. The restaurant is very nice, reservations are a must.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view. Was much cheaper than a lot of hotels we looked at in Praiano and the entire Amalfi Coast. We were worried something was wrong with it. But, nothing was. The staff was perfect, the hotel was spotless, and it's probably the best view in the Amalfi Coast. The staff bent over backwards to make our stay memorable. Best hotel I've ever stayed at, and we travel a lot. Thank you!

We stayed here for 4 nights during our honeymoon and it was above and beyond our expectations. I'm not sure we've ever been as welcomed and taken care of by a hotel staff as we were while staying here. The rooms were spacious with beautiful balcony views of the sea. Most importantly while visiting during their hottest week of the year, their air conditioning was ice cold. A very short walk to great local restaurants and they have a private shuttle if you back and forth to the beach in Praiano. If you want to make the trip to Positano during the days there is a bus stop right out front of the hotel and you can get tickets from the front desk for $2-3 per ticket. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to any of my friends and family. Thank you again to the entire staff!

Our stay was nothing short of perfect. The hotel is beautiful, our room was big with the most incredible view. The staff here are all amazing, so kind and accommodating. We wanted to do a boat tour and they recommended the best guy to take us out - Frankie’s boat tours. The location is great, we were able to walk all over the place, and the hotel offers a shuttle too! Whole experience in Praiano was a dream and we love hotel Margherita so much!!

Would absolutely come back here again and will recommend to all others. The service and food is exceptional. They also have a free shuttle to get to close by places. Very helpful and great rooms.

Great hotel. Location is great. View from the rooms balcony is amazing. Bus station in front of hotel. They provide a shuttle service to Praiano. Restaurants, Barber, Grocery store, Laundry and over the counter pharmacy within very close walking distance. Rooms are clean, beautiful and many amenities. Staff is amazing. Friendly, helpful, will go out of their way to help any way needed. Help with any arrangements you need for whatever you want to do. They also arrange trips and transportation to the marina for Capri and other boat outings. Unfortunately we had to cancel massages for my wife and daughter because of her accident. I am sure those would have been amazing too. A nice pool and work out area for those wanting to relax at the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. Many choices and options for any diet. We will forever be grateful how they helped our daughter when she fractured her ankle one night during our stay. Provided transportation to the pharmacy in town to get our prescriptions, called for an ambulance to transport her to the hospital for x-rays and arranged for transportation to the airport for her. Always asked how she was doing. We hope to return sometime in the near future and would love to spend our time there with this beautiful hotel and people that make it such a special place to stay on the Amalfi coast. This place was better than I could have ever imagined! It was clean, spacious well stocked and the staff were the best hosts anyone could have ever asked for! There is a shuttle that will take you down to the Marina di Praia and other places and they run all day long. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I can't wait to come back!!!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location is wonderful. Right at Praiano, between Positano and Amalfi. Also there’s a bus stop right in front. Arguably better stay than either of the two more popular towns. The service is the best I’ve ever had, anywhere. So personal, responsive and customized. They answer all of your questions and most requests. Please be kind to the staff and they will treat you with the best hospitality. The room is more than adequate. It’s surprisingly comfy and full of amenities.

Lovely hotel and the best people. We were so happy to escape the busy crazy of Positano and come here just a bit away but quiet and peaceful. It was a stormy day but we enjoyed the amazing view from our room. Parking was easy and included vs E50 in Positano.
