An absolutely amazing meal (and experience) from start to finish. The food, wine and overall atmosphere to the meal was one to remember. After the free shuttle pickup at our hotel, we started with drinks on the balcony overlooking the Amalfi coast where the menu was described to us and a lovely discussion about how best to put a series of dishes together that sounded the best to my wife and I. This was all the while sipping on delicious aperitifs. Once we had finished our drinks we were encouraged to head inside whenever we felt ready, where the meal would start; we were seated at a lovely table right by the window overlooking the coastline. The dinner was several perfectly prepared Amalfi dishes, all with wine pairings, each dish better than the previous. I would be surprised if a Michelin star is not in the future for this wonderful restaurant. That being said, at no point was the dinner pretentious or stuffy as some Michelin places might feel. It had the charm and atmosphere of a very at home family meal, but with the quality of a Michelin. We will absolutely be returning.

This corner of Paradise was recommended to us by an old friend, and there is no better advertisement than the word of mouth. From the call to make the reservation until we said goodbye, the cordiality, the wish to please, the service, the food…it was all orchestrated to ensure an unique experience in a setting you cannot replicate. There was nothing we could fault because Da Ciccio’s is geared up to handle your dining requirements and sees to all the details even before you know you have them. And we haven’t even started with the food! Presentation, creativity, innovation, balance - all these adjectives can be used to describe the artistry of their kitchen and it would still not do them justice. Each server described what we had in front of us and what to expect when we enjoyed the first morsel. A wine list to complement every plate and they even have their own handcrafted liquer from melons, which you must have to complete this culinary journey. And at the end, when you might expect a financial shock for what has just been an awesome meal, we were so pleasantly surprised that no banks had to be robbed to pay for this. We stayed 2 night in amalfi and had food here one evening, They sent a car to pick us up from our hotel, which was a really nice touch. Had an overall excellent experience. From cocktails on the balcony to lots of little tasters in between courses. All excellent food

Best meal we ate while in Amalfi and Rome. We traveled from Praiano to Amalfi to dine here the second night of our honeymoon. Our experience was exquisite from start to finish. The meal and the service were excellent. The ambience was phenomenal and the staff truly enhanced the entire dining experience. All fresh ingredients with simple yet elegant dishes. When the bill came I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was for what we got that night. To top it off they provided us transportation back to our hotel. Highly recommend dining here if you are anywhere in Amalfi coast.

An incredible experience! This restaurant was fabulous and our experience was one we have talked about over and over since returning home. We were picked up in Amalfi and taken to the restaurant and we were treated like royalty! The food was exceptional as was the service. We were given the chance to sample food as well as the homemade Limoncello. To top it all off, the view was breathtaking!

As a chef from California, I’m telling you this is the best restaurant, the best food and the best service in Amalfi coast. It’s all family run and you can honestly tell. The pasta cooked in the paper bag is a perfect dish and there classic one . The deserts are somehow also the best iv had in amalfi also. Please do yourself a favor and skip the other “we’ll known” spots and go here. I’m super picky also lol. Side note also: I couldn’t get a taxi back and one wanted to charge $125 for a 20 mins ride to our hotel. Our server (one of the 4 brothers and father that own it) said no way- and he drove us home in his car. I mean… hospitality at its finest. Run don’t walk to this restaurant. Also the prices are so reasonable and too cheap in my opinion - $90-100 for a tasting menu ….. So worthy of a Michelin star it’s not even close!

Thank you to Antonio and the whole team at this restaurant for an amazing experience! From making the reservation to the final goodbye, we were treated with warmth and professionalism. The view was gorgeous, cocktails and wine delicious, ambiance elegant and friendly, service top notch, and the food…I have no words to describe the dinner. Our group all agreed it was the best meal we can remember having in Italy. The flavours were unbelievable. And even though the tasting menu came with a LOT of food and we were all stuffed by the end, every dish felt wonderfully light somehow. If you’re looking for a very special evening out, don’t miss this treat.

Amazing restaurant with amazing service and amazing food. They have done more than enough being able to book a table for us for the same evening as contacted. Free shuttle to the restaurant from our hotel, then an amazing "Chef's tasting Menu". Experience like no other, each meal with a story and explanation, each brother giving us some wisdom of the area, everyone very welcoming. You pay for an amazing time. I can't believe these guys don't have Michelin star yet!

It was our first meal in amalfi and they have set the bar so high. Subsequent meals at other restaurants just couldn’t compare. Only regret is I didn’t have enough space for dessert. Also, I actually think Ala Carte price is quite comparable to other restaurants around the area. Must try!!!

Out of our 18 days in Italy, this was our favorite restaurant BY FAR! The food, atmosphere, and service are unparalleled. We met all the brothers who run the restaurant. They are all so kind and are able to provide so much information on the food, wine, and history of the restaurant! They even picked us up from our hotel and then drove us back!

Just had absolutely amazing evening here, had the tasting menu, the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, food was amazing, great wine pairings, and such a beautiful place. If you want to have a special meal near Amalfi go here!!

My wife and I had a lovely evening at Da Ciccio in July 2023. This is a perfect location for a romantic dinner with amazing views. They offer a shuttle service from all the neighboring towns which is highly appreciated considering the restaurant is not near a city center. The service and attention to details was second to none. Upon your arrival they take you on their terrace with a beautiful view on the bay of Amalfi for an apéro drink. We never felt rushed throughout our dinner and were given ample time to enjoy the views and savor the moment. You can tell that this is a family run business by the way they care for their customers and their high standards of food quality and service.

Divine taste, 6 stars service, beautiful view, relaxed music... all the right ingredients for a memorable Italian experience.

Had dinner here last month (October 2022). Visited from the U.S. Without a doubt our favorite meal on the Amalfi Coast. They have a terrace overlooking the sea to enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Delicious food, coastal views, and exceptional service. Our servers went above and beyond. It’s a fancy restaurant experience without feeling overly formal. Some of my favorites were the mozzarella in tomato broth, prawn risotto, and steamed clam spaghetti. The clam spaghetti has been on the menu since they opened, and remains unchanged with good reason! Located about a 5 minute drive from the bus stop area in Amalfi and a 25 minute drive from Positano. This family owned and operated restaurant is over 100 years old, and you can tell they truly love it and take pride in their work. There are many basic touristy restaurants along the Amalfi Coast, but this was amazing quality and absolutely worth it. Reasonable prices too. We noticed all the other diners there that night were locals, and our server confirmed it. Da Ciccio Cielo Mare Terra should be on everyone’s “must visit” list!

An absolutely magical dining experience!! We cannot thank the staff here enough for the most amazing night. We chose to dine here on our first night in Amalfi & it ended up being the best night of our trip. We were picked up in Amalfi and brought up to the restaurant. From the moment we stepped foot inside, we immediately felt apart of the family - this is what's so special about dining at a family run restaurant! We were seated on the terrace to enjoy our appetizers and drinks with the most incredible view - it's the best view you'll ever see! We were then seated inside for our main courses and each dish was fantastic. As we were served each course, we were told the history of the dish. And, what made our night even more special was that they helped my fiancé with our proposal! They exceeded our expectations by providing champagne, taking photos and even video tapping our engagement so we could share the experience with our family's back home. I don't think it gets any better than Ristorante Da Ciccio! Thanks again and we will be back!

The place magical. The service impeccable. The food experience a dream. This is a must try if you come to Amalfi. It’s a great tasting experience with amazing selection of entrees. I tried the ciccio tasting menu which was incredible. My husband had the two beef options.

Best dinning experience we’ve ever had! We had the 110 year dinner with wine pairing and it was amazing! If you are visiting this region go there! The service is beyond inviting. When we think of the next time we come to Italy, this is this first place we’re going!
