employees were nice except the short Indian guy. He tried rushing me out but I think it was cause another guy was behind me and I politely kept asking the short Indian guy questions cause it was my first time buying a gun but he kept raising his voice very rudely back at me so I raised my voice back then he started to lower his voice. No respect. Smh. He clearly shouldn’t be working with customers and the fact the the owner doesn’t reply to this comment with an apology just says a lot about who’s in charge lol awful. He smelled like armpits too. Smh. Try else where for better service…………………..response to your reply finally !!……sorry I meant to say I raised my voice back at him and not yelling at him…..I got confused a bit between raising my voice and yelling, but as a professional manager, your main concern is you’re more worried about me misusing the word “yelling? “ and him rudely raising his voice at me first because I’m asking questions doesn’t bother you one bit ? Smh…wow…me saying he smelled like armpits and curry is my response to him rudely raising his voice first so I’m in the right cause he started it. I’m not even upset anymore, I just leave HONEST reviews and you telling me don’t come back is redundant anyway. I’m over it. Thanks anyway.

Really knowledgeable staff that's also friendly to customers, especially newcomers to firearms. They have a great selection with good prices. Probably my favorite place to go around the Bay area. Weekdays are generally less busy than weekends so keep that in mind.

This was my first visit, it was a lot for me, haven't been in a gun store in years. My Firearms Specialist made me feel so comfortable, he was patient, kind and no question was to small. I was able to handle the items I was interested in and by doing this it helped me decide what was best for me. This is where I will make my purchase! It's a small undercover spot with everything you need. Be prepared and have some idea what you want for a smoothe transition. I had a good experience. Thanks Pep's. 👌🏽

The guys here are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had an issue with a gun that was shipped here and they resolved my issue very quickly. Owen and his team here are great and I will continue to come back to pick up my ammo. I support this business 1000%.

Very professional and friendly, I f up my AR build and I went to several gun shop around east bay, non of shop want to help me or sell me the $2 part(all told me to buy online). When I went to Elite Armory, employee knows what I need and even sell me that $2part that’s not on the shelf. Its a small shop but they have good selection of handgun and AR, and price is reasonable unlike the shop in SF. I can’t wait my 30 days and come back to get some new toy.

They don’t deal with Visa holder. Look away if you are. No comments on the other services, yet it’s not the most friendly place you would expect.

Just saving your time, they don’t do business with people with visa (People who don’t have citizenship or green card). Longggg wait every time I visit. And sometimes they pick random people to serve instead of following the line. Bad experience. And the biggest dude was too rude to be a clerk. A couple of my friends all had negative experiences with them. Will no longer send friends and family to there. Save your shopping mood.

Great hole in the wall gun store. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. They screen out the riff-raff quick, so don't waste anyone's time if you're up to no good (i.e., you have to be a law-abiding American citizen with a clean record to do business here). I felt safe to ask "dumb" questions which the staff will patiently answer with as much information as they know. I've bought a consigned longarm as well as new firearms from here with no problems, and look forward to doing more business in the future.
