During my recent stay at COAST, I experienced a blend of impressive services and some areas that could benefit from attention. First and foremost, the breakfast buffet offered a commendable selection of items. The fruits served were notably fresh and added a vibrant touch to the morning meal. The bacon, cooked to perfection, was a savory delight that truly stood out. However, there were some inconsistencies that affected the overall experience. On our second day of breakfast, I encountered a disappointing surprise. Some of the deli items had gone sour and rotten. This was unexpected and certainly impacted the quality of the meal. It's important to ensure that all food offerings maintain their freshness throughout the service period. One standout feature of the hotel is its exceptional transportation arrangement to and from the airport. The seamless and convenient transfer service added a layer of ease to my journey, which was greatly appreciated. However, I must mention that there were a few aspects of the room that left me somewhat disappointed. The cleanliness of the room didn't quite meet my expectations. It's important for a comfortable stay that the room is cleaned thoroughly, ensuring a fresh and inviting environment. Additionally, water in the basin is extremely slow to drain and I noticed that the absence of a handheld shower in the bathroom was very inconvenient. This feature can greatly enhance the bathing experience, and its absence was a notable drawback. Despite these observations, I acknowledge the hotel's strong points, particularly the transportation services, which undoubtedly added value to my stay.

If I could rate the service 12 I would. The hotel is really nice, in a great location, very clean with a good pool. But the service and the team, that was on a whole another level. We were picked up from the airport, driven to the port, taken on a short boat ride to the island, another short ride on a van to the beach and a really short walk to the hotel. From the airport to the moment we were in the room it was something around 20 minutes, it was so quick and efficient! We loved it! Hotel has a beach, hotel employees are waiting for you at the beach, with fresh cold water, towels and nice spots in the shade for hotel guests to rest. There were snacks by the pool after noon, and the hotels team is always there to know what you need before you do.

Nice hotel with great service. Rooms were clean and the hotel in general is well kept and not dated like some of the other establishments along the strip. There are also two nice pools on the property. I’d highly recommend this place for those looking for a hotel in Boracay and want value for money and top notch service. The staff here are very attentive, considerate and polite.

If I could give it a higher rating I would! Can’t recommend this place enough. From the moment we landed in Caticlan, the process was just so smooth. They offer complimentary airport transfer which makes things so easy and feel very exclusive. They greet you with free drink on arrival which makes you feel instantly welcomed. Great selection of food in their buffet breakfast that we made the most of everyday. Every single staff member was just incredibly nice with a constant smile on their face. And shout out to Ben and Ram for their assistance on the beach and making the small moments feel really special. I also felt unwell on the second day there and asked for their recommendation on a medical clinic. They gave me a great suggestion as well as a little surprise get well card with gatorade complimentary drink. I can’t wait to come back to COAST. Their service was just beyond what we were expecting and them can’t thank them enough for an amazing stay!

It was my 5th time staying at COAST and I’m always blown away by how attentive, thoughtful and well-coordinated their service is. The rooms are adequately appointed, and Cha-Cha’s has great food. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Deonie and Ram, the beach attendants, were always ready with a smile and made our beach days special. Jessica at the front desk provided excellent service and answered all our questions with patience and grace. Their dedication and commitment to ensuring guests have a five-star experience are truly commendable. Facilities and Cleanliness: The hotel's facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Whether it was the well-maintained pool area, the beautiful beach, or the dining options, Coast Hotel consistently delivered on quality. The overall ambiance of Coast Hotel in Boracay is one of relaxation, luxury, and pure enjoyment. The location is perfect, and the staff's hospitality is second to none. I recently stayed at this amazing hotel in Boracay, and let me tell you, it was absolutely fantastic! I had such a fantastic time there, and I just have to share my experience. The hotel is situated right on the stunning White Beach, so you're literally steps away from that crystal-clear turquoise water and powdery white sand. Talk about paradise! The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like a VIP. They were always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had, and their warm smiles just added that extra touch of hospitality.
