The hotel room and service are good, but we were so disappointed as we appeared to be almost the only people who didn't smoke. We were not able to enjoy the small yard as the smoke from the cigarettes filled the area and made breathing impossible for me (asthmatic). We were able to use the pool for about 1 hour until smokers arrived and spent their time by the pool smoking. Luckily smoking was prohibited inside of the building, but their cute yard is enclosed and surrounded by buildings so the air doesn't move around much. Won't recommend .

We checked in and were not registered in the bookings confirmation. They showed us 3 rooms before we actually got settled. 1 of the rooms had a broken water heater . They told me to shower in 1 room but sleep in another . Later that night they moved me to a room that was actually what I booked . On the way out of our stay They said we ordered room service we didn't order . After reviewing the cameras they offered to give back the amount they took . However we had already departed airport at the time they realized. Extremely unfortunate. We actually ended up late to our meetings specifically because of the delay of our entry with Alpes. Iv never written a bad review but this was an unacceptable stay. From start to finish .

great breakfast. one of the outlets in the room wasn't working, but that wasn't much of an issue. staff was ok. the common areas are great.

Too many adult people make big noise until 3am. Sometime I can't sleep in the night. And kids running and make big noise too. Room is not very clean and bedding is shabbide.

I recommend this place. It's clean and well maintained. Bedrooms and bathrooms are in good shape, doors autolocked in a couple seconds what feels comfortable. It's not expensive as the top famous hotels but as good as they are, in my personal experience. With two separate swimming pools. Breakfast included, with many differences tropical fruits. Staff are always friendly and willing to help if you need assistance. I give them 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Absolute disgrace! They charge the price of a taj Mahal, and you get a 3 star hotel service. Price is extremely overrated. the pools are disgusting. Shower doesn't flow well. All the noise from in the hallways are heard and extremely annoying, the rooms zero to none isolated. And a hassle to in, I'd say rather unorganized. Not coming back here.

Cables hanging from the ceiling, breakfast rolm service and the whole complex is too small for a hotel, and don't ask for the sandwitch de ciabata cesar the chicken meat with beacon is bitter, overall mostly an meh experience IMO

What can I say... Between the construction noise, the horrible smell of fresh paint in the room and the cockroaches... I had a really bad experience. This place would be great if they paid more attention to things. Also worst customer service I have ever seen. They try to pull off as a high end hotel but they should really take some time to making this place better. I stayed in hotel Aloft the 1st time and I should have gone back. Too bad. This place needs to get their act together and not take things for granted. I don't understand how this can still have a 4 star rating...

Beautiful hotel! Very reasonably priced, and clean. My children loved the pool!
