This was an excellent hotel. Clean, modern and friendly. The room was spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was a delight. Plenty to chose from. The pastries were particularly lovely. The pop great, but what was best were the staff. Smiling door men, very helpful deck staff who organised a tour for me at an hours notice, didn’t frown when I couldn’t get my safe open an even helped me with my internet connection. Even the support staff smiled and said hello. Top marks everyone

The furniture is old, the closet does not close, so it has to be blocked with bags, and the seams on the floor are raised. The bathroom sink is not bowl-shaped, so the water splashes your clothes when you use it. And unlike nearby hotels, this hotel does not have a smart TV. Although it is located on the main street, there is little noise and it seems to be well soundproofed from the room next door.

We had a very good time at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and included a mini fridge, air-conditioner, a smart TV, a rain shower with bathtub and a bidet. The view from the 12th floor was incredible! The staff was also polite and very kind and helpful. The hotel offers a swimming pool om the 15th floor. There is also a sauna, a mini gym and a wellness centre available. The wellness centre can be used against a fee, but we can really recommend having a massage there! The breakfast was good, but it feels like some of the food items are reused the next day, as some of it tasted a bit less fresh as the day before. The only negative thing we experienced was that the curtains were stained, and there was black mould in the bathroom, that is something you don't expect from a 4 star hotel. However, other than that our stay was excellent ans we had a very good time and were fully relaxed during our stay. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and we will 100% come back!

Pool ist schön hat aber ein paar Sicherheitsmängel Stufen ins Becken sehr rutschig Stufen sind höhen versetzt komisch zu laufen und kein Handlauf ich sah in der kurzen Zeit 2 Leute die ausgerutscht sind hätte gefährlich ausgehen können.

The workers of this hotel are amazing and treats people well without judging anyone, If the person is rich or not. Congratulations to the workers of the hotel, mainly the people that works cleaning the hotel.

Hotel Esplendor is located near a wonderful shopping mall (Shopping del sol). Breakfast buffet is good. I had a nice stay.

The place has an outstanding location for this city. Including as said by others: Great views, walking distance from the 2 most important shopping malls available. Thanks to a Genius upgrade by Booking it was good value for money. Hotel staff was very polite and efficient. Check-in and out was smooth as well as parking accommodation easily arranged. 24hs reception as expected. They granted particular requests such as sending up wine cups (that were not available inside the room) or extending the stay 30 more minutes over the check-out time. Everything was quite clean inside and out of the room. Bubble bath was particularly enjoyable. About the upgrade though, the "Superior King Room" was and was not much of an upgrade… although it had at least enough size. Reasons: No Smart TV included, payed cable channels TV available yes. Not even a speaker or sound-system to play your own music. Bedside furniture required you to leave the bed to place things upon them as it was too low (on the floor!) Breakfast sent to the room was fair and sent middle-warm but they forgot sweeteners for the coffee. Nothing in the room minibar… except for 2 bottles of local bottled water.

I like this hotel it’s not luxurious but the people is friendly is near to the airport and near to the financial area in Asuncion so is good place if you have car you can move for everything but is more less expensive to call Uber more easy.

Clean rooms. Good view from the window. Very polite and attentive staff. Also no problems with english language. Rich and tasty breakfast. Two big shopping centers in 5 minute walk. Fast WIFI in the room. Convinient location. But, a bit far from the center, though in the center of business district(WTC, banks, shopping malls.

They have a wonderful pool! The room was comfortable, the room service was delicious. They have some English speaking staff

Great pool; not recommended for weekends as it gets crowded quite easily because it's a small space. Food at the rooftop is great. Would definitely go again for the day use option. Friendly staff too.

Nice place for couples

The place is very nice , but the service was the worst service I had ever received in my life, I travel the world but their employees need to be taught costumers service, management was terrible. I will no recommend this place, especially to tourists they hiked the prices especially when they know you're come from overseas.

Great hotel, ideal location.

Should only be a 4 star hotel. Poor breakfast, no toiletries only big dispensers like in 2 star hotels. Pool good. Gym good. Staff seemed bored.
