For
approximately
10
years,
I've
been
on
the
hotel
as
a
guest
and
also
working
at
events
with
different
organizations.
I
don't
know
what
changed,
they
used
to
have
an
outstanding
customer
service.
But
yesterday,
I
spent
5
hours
working
in
a
space
where
I
couldn't
move
(not
the
hotel
fault)
and
was
ignored
by
the
waiters
(this
was
frustrating
and
made
my
work
much
more
difficult).
The
nature
of
my
work
requires
me
to
speak
every
30min,
or
even
longer
periods
and
the
hotel
staff
ignored
me
completly,
all
i
needed
was
just
water,
water
that
I
did
not
get
for
those
whole
5
hours.
When
I
mentioned
it
later,
the
waiter
told
me
in
a
very
rude
manner
that
"it
was
not
my
place
to
say
anything"
and
more,
in
front
of
other
people!
I
think
a
person
like
him
doesn't
belong
in
a
place
like
that.
I
hope
for
the
sake
of
the
hotel,
he
moves
out
of
customer
service
or
get
training
on
how
to
treat
people.
It
was
the
first
time
in
a
decade
that
the
Sheraton
in
Asuncion
treated
me
in
such
a
way.
They
used
to
have
very
friendly
staff.
