This is a wonderful gem of a property in Asunción. I personally find it to be the best hotel in Asunción, if you like small boutique properties. The desk staff was always responsive before and during the stay. The restaurant in the hotel had a tasty breakfast every morning. Always good service in the restaurant, but was a little slow at times due to staffing issues it seems. The room is impeccably clean and very large. I had a wonderful sitting room with a desk. The bed was wonderfully soft and seemed larger than a normal king-size bed. The room had a ton of windows, so during the day was well lit. At night, the curtains were great and didn't let in any light. I tend to be a light sleeper and could sleep until noon if it wasn't for the wakeup call and my need to be at my office lol... Two minor complaints, but I'm being nitpicky. The first is that they didn't have quite enough outlets in convenient places throughout the room. Minor, but for all of our devices and a work desk, you would imagine they would be more strategically placed. The second, again is minor, but the claw foot tub in my room needed some work. The yellowing was really bad and the porcelain inside was chipping. I am not a bath guy, but it just didn't fit in with the rest of the clean finish. I get the claw foot tub in the room, it just needs to be refinished. In closing, I will definitely be staying here again the next time in Asunción. It's a great property with good service, warm staff, beautiful rooms, and good location. I had a wonderful stay!

Great hotel. Very trendy and cosy. The bed is large and comfy, the shower is very spacious. Delicious breakfast. The only issue I would say is the room could use more sound barriers as you can hear a lot from the corridor.

I had heard excellent comments about their café so I decided to take a quick visit and I must say that the place was by far beyond my expectations. Beautiful place, five-star service and reasonable prices. I'll definitely recommend it and come back for sure!

Lovely experience at this hotel. Rooms are huge, comfortable and stylish. Best bed sheets I've ever slept in, guaranteed good night's slumber. Breakfast has all your usual staples but attention to high quality in every ingredient stands out and makes for a distinctive meal. The ambience is unique and if you let your mind drift you'll find yourself traveling to imaginary places and thinking exotic, adventurous or romantic possibilities.

A gem of a hotel that while modern equipped will take you back to the Golden Age of traveling. Great design, friendly staff, superb service. Will definitely become my hotel of choice in Asuncion.

My apartment is only three blocks from this place and I have seen it on my walks. It was going to be a very hot weekend and they have a pool. So I booked. It was fabulous there. Top notch service! Everyone spoke perfect English which I did not expect and greatly appreciated. The included breakfast is one of the best I have encountered on my travels. My favorte part though was the pool. The pool itself is adequate but the pool area? One of the best I have ever been to. It is in shade for most of the day so you don't even need sunscreen. It was very much worth the money to stay there. I will certainly return.

Factoría Hotel is a must-stay! A stunning and unique mix of vintage and modern in the center of Asunción. The breakfast was delicious, the room clean and spacious, and the staff were so kind and helpful. They went out of their way to help us many times and we are so grateful for their hospitality. The hotel is beautiful to walk around and has so many calming places to relax from the poolside to the library. It is one of the most unique and memorable hotels we have ever stayed at and we’ve already recommended it to friends looking to come to Paraguay.

I can’t say enough about this hotel. It’s like staying in a big house and getting great service from a very friendly staff. The garden is serene and lush and the rooms are huge and comfortable. I have stayed in this hotel 3-4 times and every time I have enjoyed it very much. The library also gives me the opportunity to meet with friends and relatives in a cozy, comfortable setting. When I entertain larger parties, there’s the red room, very private and can take care up to around 30 people.

Quirky place with small menu but food and wine is top quality. Staff amazing and chef will accommodate any allergies. Wonderful.

The best boutique hotel in Paraguay... What do I say?... In Latin America!

It’s a pretty hotel with comfortable beds and large rooms. The restaurant is also great and they serve a big breakfast. However, they don’t provide complimentary water at all, and the shower pressure was rather low/the temperature was inconsistent. Also, there is no “grab and go” breakfast buffet, so not the best place if you’re a business traveller with limited time.

Had a business meeting there. Great ambience, service and boardroom. Would definitely recommend for that purpose. Haven't slept there yes, though.
