I've been going to the restaurant now for a number of years for its great food and wonderful service the waiters are very attentive friendly with great sense of humor I love eating here.

A genuine local gem in Asunción serving the best tripe. The German-style atmosphere is incredibly charming, but it's disheartening to find hair in the meat and ice cream.

👍👍 Very nice experience at Bolsi, I had bife de chorizo rustico with potatoes and fried onions. It was excellent. 400gm of heaven with a cup of malbac and creme brulee to boot. The service was just excellent. Resterant was nice, dining inside but they also had dining outside and had a bakery attached....
