This place has it's own charm. It has the first and only cinema in the city, which is a hint of civilisation. Although it's not big enough to be a mall, it's fine for the purpose of leisure. It has enough parking spaces and the main hall has variety a of stores to pick upon. I'll give it four stars because it's still small, but still one of the best Paseos in town.
