Good service and Quick service and clean cars , My family has always use this Rental service for many years and always will..

5/5 stars for this location! I’ll explain. I had an issue with my truck on the way home from work, and so I naturally tried to find a rental between San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria, where I live. Okay I totally understand there is a national car shortage, new used and rentals but everywhere, and I mean EVRRYWHERE I called from SLO to SM was completely sold out and booked up. No if’s and’s or buts. I can’t continue to use my truck because I need to fix it this weekend for work next week so I tried one more location that I have dealt with before when I worked for the local Chevrolet dealership. This location is very very, very small for those who haven’t been yet. It’s literally a corner lot. So they have a small selection in the first place, but it just so happens that they had one vehicle. Just one. Unfortunately for me it wasn’t a cheapie Honda or Kia or sedan but a full on 2021 bright red 4x4 Jeep Wrangler. Granted I have always wanted to drive one but, not when I’m short on money, as I am because I have to buy car parts. Anyways, long story short, CESAR, who took my call, and got me into the only available rental on the whole central coast and deserves recognition. He is knowledgeable, quick to respond, helpful and kind. He even got the price knocked down a little for me. Now I get to knock driving a Jeep Wrangler off my bucket list and I get to fix my car and be able to get to work. Let these people take care of you and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Thanks a million Grover Beach Enterprise! You’ve gained a loyal customer.

I rented an SUV from Candice at the Grover Beach location. Very friendly and helpful! Glad they had a large vehicle for my vacation.

I have had to rent a car for work for the last month. You can imagine how stressful that can be. But this team has made it beyond easy. Every single time I have come in, I have been treated with the utmost respect and incredible customer service. Even when busy, Cesar keeps a cool head and a professional and kind demeanor. Eric (I hope I got his name right) always remembers me and strikes up a conversation. I won't be renting a car from anywhere else. Both men are an asset to any company they chose to be a part of. I just want to say that I had the pleasure of speaking with Justin while trying to work out a situation, that was not his fault, right before a business trip, that was planned & paid for, then informed, hours before, that the car was not going to be available! He handled the situation with patients, empathy & diligence & found me a replacement vehicle & a nicer one to boot! I appreciated his kindness & dedication to his job at trying his best at satisfying his customers & keeping the reputation of his company at the highest of standards. Thank you Justin!

When I first ordered a rental car I told him I wanted it truck American made and I would need it for Tuesday the following. They called on Monday left me a message that we're checking to make sure about your appointment to pick up your truck give us a call back tried calling them back five times that day finally at 4:30 that Monday I got someone to answer and told him yes I'll be picking my truck up on Tuesday which was today I had a point once afford to have it fixed. I was told my truck was supposed to pay you picked up that morning which was Monday I would have no reason to drive a vehicle on Monday since I still had my truck and when I told him they were mistaken they told me that's too bad basically they had given the truck to someone else that morning and there was no truck for me on the following day. I ended up driving a small vehicle which several of you know that I have a Doberman and expected him to go into whatever vehicle I had since the vehicle was going to be gone for a week and I would have to be driving this break your back to get into vehicle and did not want to put my doberman in it since he sheds considerably. Corporate office Dave call me or very nice tell me that if I decided to rent another car to call call that person who is a district manager and she would try to make it right. Enterprise is about the only rental place you can go now unless you go to San Luis or Santa Maria so I don't know if I would have not it was all in all a very dissatisfied experience and you know I hate to say anything bad about businesses in our area

5/5 stars, I rented a Seadan from Cesar from Grover Beach location. Very friendly and helpful!

As a 16 year monthly renter I was surprised and disgusted when Enterprise proposed raising my monthly rental cost by 400% without any warning. Not the way I treat my long time loyal customers in my business. When I asked the local manager why such an increase, the response was "Enterprise needs to make money" Needless to say, my car rentals with Enterprise have been suspended.

We had a terrific experience with the Enterprise Car Rental in Grover Beach. They picked us up at our RV park so that we could retrieve our car, and the service was speedy and professional. Our rental car exceeded our expectations and was extremely comfortable. We thought the rates were reasonable. Bill and Garrett both did a great job. We'd rent from them again, for sure.

Was able to get a nice mid-size SUV within one day (my car went in for fender bender). Quick paper work, clean car, nice folks. They are busy, so be patient.

They had me on the road in no time. Great service!

Everyone that works at this location is really nice and helpful. They were kind enough to do a pick up and drop off, even though they were busy. The economy/small car I rented was great for my trip to SoCal.

Very pleasant experience here. The staff (maybe they are the owners?) were friendly and quick to get me into my reservation vehicle, even giving me a choice of vehicles to choose from on the lot. The whole transaction was quick and effortless. I would definitely rent from this location again if needed!

Friendly customer service. Got a lovely ride to and from. the vehicle worker well and went back once to get more air in the tires ( I am 73 years old and they kindly put air in for me.

These guys are really good. They got an email for my rental car at like 10 till closing and as I'm pulling up to beg them to help me before 5 they were calling me to see if they can help me before 5 so I really appreciated that

I was served quickly and courteously. The vehicle was clean and got us to our destination and back without a hitch.
