This is a remarkable company. I worked with them to design an engagement ring around an unusual gemstone and shape. I couldn't be more thrilled with the work they did. While I felt apprehensive making such a large purchase online, Carrie and the rest of the team were responsive, detailed, and sensitive to my timeline. All in all, the process took about five or six weeks. Before working with them, I considered several other jewelers, including some big ecommerce competitors. Looking back, I am so glad to have gone custom. After just a week or so, the piece has already received numerous compliments. I'm excited to work with them again for the bands, and will come to JewelryThis first if I ever have another custom jewelry project.

Every updated detail is exactly what I envisioned and they even sent a silicone mold before they finalized the piece, making sure it was a perfect fit! I could not be happier with the care and dedication they put into my now most treasured item of jewelry. The color of the metal, the inscription, the fitting of height and width and length is impeccably precise, exactly what I envisioned when I started this endeavor! They price was fair for such a special piece and they were willing to let me pay in installments to make this even easier on me! I am so thankful for the team that helped me!

I lost my mother’s ring in the ocean. Instead of replacing it with the exact same ring I decided to custom design one. My son is a Marine and I wanted to integrate that part of my motherhood. Carrie got to know my interests and sent me ideas. She was so patient as we waited on my son to graduate training in order to confirm his MOS symbol. She was also patient with my many changes.
