I just got off the phone with the front desk clerk inquiring about getting a room for a week while visiting family and he was so rude. He said it was 275 plus tax for the week(which is a good deal) then he told me it was an additional 20 for my dog (understandable) then when I asked about the breakfast they provide the price increased $200. Definitely not going to be booking this place.

I stayed at exutive inn for 1 week and the air conditioning only went to 76 degrees Fahrenheit, the fridge did not work, and the sheets were always dirty. I left exutive inn and suits to go to Dallas suits and inn and have had 90 percent better service at dalas suits and inn which is cheaper and right across the street for sxutive inn and suits.

You get what you pay for, it's a good place if you're just looking for the basic necessities. I didn't see any bugs, but the floors could have been swept better. Had fridge and microwave but no coffee pot. TV worked well. WiFi was a little slow, but functional. Shower had good water pressure. I left my band equipment in my car for my 3 night stay and it was all there when I left so that was relieving. I'd stay again if I was looking to save some cash.

First off, for 50$ it's a rip off. One we had no blankets nor towels. Two, the room was FILTHY and three, it is roach infested. We asked for more blankets, (we had none to begin with) we were told that we had to wait because the person wasnt here and that they couldnt do anything about it. We told them when we checked in, the room was not clean. Same excuse as before. And dont even get me started with the roaches on the wall and in the tub! I will never stay here again.

Get there a was told cable might not work they r changing to different cable. Asked if have wifi she said yes and gives us password. Password didn't work. 1st room was giving hadn't been clean. Sheets crumbled on bed trash in trash can. 2nd room no towels and had to use pliers to turn water on in shower. Later that night they gave someone else the same room they changed us too. If did have safety lock on door the guy would have walked on us. Went outside after the guy trying to get our room to smoke and the manager was like door now is open. Yeah door open since that's the room u gave us

I've honestly been to rotting down hotels and never had to deal with what I had to deal with here. First off, they had trouble finding our reservation, key never worked when we finally got one on the second night of our stay. Also, the office clerk had the audacity to say that something didn't happen when it obviously did, me and my wife just got out of the shower so we were not clothed, the man knocked and we yelled one second, he knocked again and we yelled give us a minute once more, then he used his key to get into the room and thank God the door had the upper lock locked because he locked eyes with me through the opening while I was trying to cover up with a blanket because I couldn't get to clothes in time before he busted in. He claimed that wasn't what happened but it obviously did. We asked for a refund and he was rude and said next time just don't stay here. Don't worry honey, we won't. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I advise you not to stay. To be honest everyone I've talked with about this experience, said that he was probably homophobic since we are two women. I've read other reviews about him being rude to women and I honestly can't agree more with those statements.

Nope, nope and nope!! Traveller BEWARE of this roach hotel! Dirty carpet, walls, toilet, shower, big ol' beetle on the wall!! I don't understand how this place is running as filthy as it is. Our only saving grace was that we travelled with our own sheets, otherwise we would not have slept on those beds. The bathroom was grungy at best. I showered only because we arrived from a day at a waterpark and I made sure to keep my sandals on. I am shocked and appalled that this place is in business. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could.

No stars are deserved for this sketchy place. Manager is rude. Room wasn't ready by 3pm. Drywall falling off ceiling, broken furniture, broken door, cleaning lady smokes while she changes the stained sheets. We did receive a useless wifi code, 1/2 a roll of water stained toilet paper, used crusty soap and friendly cockroaches. (We called every where else and they were booked, I'd rather drive to Austin or sleep in my car than stay at this place)

They kicked us out after we accidently scratched their car. And I had insurance. I had two large bags of clothes and ice chest. I had me own tv. Everything they threw away. Let my animals go. I still haven't found 1 cat No towels no TV no compassion for their fellow man. So many roaches and bed bugs. They are so nasty. If you like that
