The location of the hotel is great with convenient access to nearby stores and resturaunts. But the room was a absolute wreck, the night table was broken, the ac barely worked, the fridge did not work, the microwave plate was missing, the bathroom was unfinished and the curtains in the room were broken. Staff was not friendly or welcoming.

Terrible terrible TERRIBLE experience. Roach droppings on bed, spiders on frames, dirty sheets and towels, toilet had pubes from another stay, remote was missing so tv was not available.. ridiculous. Please make sure that if you want a semi-decent stay for a cheap price.. this is definitely not worth it. Waste of money and night. Owners were extremely rude and walking around without shirts on in the lobby area. Gross..

This place is disgusting!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!! I will be locating my local news news on how disgusting this place is. It's full of germs!!! They need to be closed down. Even the workers at the front place agreed to this place being disgusted. They said people curse them out every night because the place is gross. Close your hotel or update it dramatically. Linu Patel is a disgusting business owner who expect people to sleep is really dirty beds with no clean sheets or even clean walls!!!!

Consider yourself warned----Never one to write reviews, but this was very much necessary, would give no stars if that were an option. The price was the only good thing about this stay, but honestly, I would've paid triple for a room at a Motel 6--was about $55 for a Tuesday night. As soon as we walked into our room, we instantly regretted booking a room there, you could smell mildew and the bathroom smelled of urine. The towels were once white, but now a dingy brown, I actually doubt they were washed... My boyfriend went to lay on the bed and there was an old muffin wrapper on the bed, so doubt the sheets or anything was washed. The AC was cold, no complaints about that. The TV didn't work. Everything was very old and broken, the cabinets were all beat up and filled with trash. By far one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed at. When we checked in, the lady asked if we wanted to see the room first, I had never been asked that, so I politely declined--I regret not looking first.. I would not recommend this to anyone even if you are on a budget. Sleep in your car!

If you're looking for a inexpensive place to stay, this is it. If you're looking for a Hilton kind of stay, keep driving. We stayed here two nights & ended up going to the local Dollar General to buy a few throw blankets. TV set was very old, cushion on the window seat had tears in it, & it was questionable if the sheets were clean, but for $50 we couldn't complain, & just used our own. Staff was very nice & helpful. Room had a mini fridge, microwave, & WiFi. They have complimentary coffee, cinnamon buns, & muffins in the morning.

Felt i had to rate this place. Gave one star cause i thought i had to and it won't let me give it no stars. This place is very very bad. Went here thinking affordable and decent. Because sign stated 39.99. The room was very old looking and bed was like a board. The TV in room didn't work tell u reprogram it and had to get remote to use tv. There is no smoking for the whole hotel. It was not worth the price at all.... Would have rather stayed in a tent in a park or at Walmart parking lot. Anything would be better than this place. Matter of fact it with others I'm sure should be shut down. If your on a budget still don't go here.

Been meeting my lady friend there every weekend for ten months. A great value for two single parents with teens at home, that just need a little "alone" time. Towels are clean, A/C is cold, and the management family is friendly and accommodating.

The staff are great - really good people. The hotel is under renovation and needs it . The area is great the outside of the hotel is nice but the interior is absolutely awful wires coming out of the walls TV remote that don’t work or don’t control the volume on the TV no room service whatsoever they don’t change your sheets they just give you fresh towels they don’t make the bed and everything in the room really needs help .

We came in after 14hr drive from GA and Babul was very curtious from check in to chek out. He allowed me to view the room prior to booking and gave us the perfect room for my husband and I. If im ever in TX again and in need of somewhere to stay I will definitely come back! They are renovating and under new management! With Babul there I see this being the best hotel in TX!! He is very kind and accomodated all of our needs! Thanks again Babul for being so concerned and genuine!!

4 star rating is based on price. Which was something like $35 a night, and $100. WiFi: Good. Rooms on the NE end have best connection. Pool: Smallest you ever seen. I suppose it may be good for a non-picky child on a hot day. Plenty of great free swim spots on the river around town. Continental Breakfast: Terrible. Again, at the price I am not complaining at all. Breakfast includes, exactly: The cheapest white bread (for toasting, w/ butter and jam), inedible kolaches, half-decent small muffins, and coffee. I'm a picky eater so i was having none of it. Donut place with breakfast sandwiches half a mile away. So, if you basically just want a place a to sleep. This is perfect. If you want bigger room, with couch, table; and a big pool, each room sealed tight, and an edible but still not great breakfast, Go to Comfort Inn instead. I like them too. PS. There's no bugs. I just remembered the other cheap place i stayed was roach infested. So that is a plus, too:D

Our stay here was absolutely horrible. The sheets and pillows are soaked in sweat stains and have cigarette holes. There was no toilet paper so I had to have my girlfriend go up to the desk. Their coke machine didn't work and they lure you in with the sign saying $37 a night when in fact it only applies to certain days. We payed almost double that.
