Good burgers n fries. Drinks good too.

If i could give it 0 stars i would... Terrible service took almost an hr to bring out our food , my fries were cold and hard , carrots were all old and going bad . waitress kept walking right past us and would even offer a refill or anything......worse experience ever👎👎👎👎

I really enjoy going to Islands, they have good burgers and I love their cheesy fries-they're always fresh and hot when delivered to the table and it's the best with the ranch dressing! Also shout out to our very sweet and accomodating waitress Tiffany and the manager Brandon. Brandon came to our table a few times, to ensure that our experience was prime, and we really enjoyed chatting it up with him and Tiffany as well. Just wanted to say Thank You Islands Team! I will be returning.

This was the worse experience I have had in a long time. We had a new server being trained. (Nothing wrong with that at all) we ordered drinks and appetizers first, our drinks were brought and she took our order with the trainer there with her. We waited 30 mins for our appetizers which were island nachos and cheese fries. Nothing extreme to make. We finally got our appetizers and we were enjoying them and then all of a sudden pur food came. Tell me what's wrong with that picture. The manager on duty brought our food and was like wow you only just gor your appetizers. But I knew if they brought our food back it would havw just sat in the window getting gross. So we took our entrée and now our table is just full or dirty places napkins, ect. The manager on duty comp our appetizers. Which was totally great cause we wanted to enjoy apps before entrée. Our waitress came to the table when eveeything was getting dropped off and asked how our food was. How were ww suppose to know when we were still trying to eat our first round. She rolled her eyes ans had attitude and never came back. We needed more drinks, more ranch, box for our food. It took her 40 mins to come back. The hamburger was gross wouldn't get the longboard again. Dry and flavorless. Fries got cold and soggy. We wanted to talk to the manager we told our girl to get him, but he never came. We paid for our meal, which was 75$ you would think k that we could have atleast got okay service. The trainer was horrible if she was letting the trainee not going back to tables refill asking if we need anything. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And I would not come back. Our whole meal should have been comp. Horrible experience 😪

I got the Hawaiian Burger and it was delicious also enjoyed the truffle fries The garlic tasted great. The food was great in the service was amazing I highly recommend going to this restaurant to get food. Thank you Islands restaurant for a great dining experience.

When in for lunch hubby had the tuna melt, and I had the China Coast salad. Everything was excellent very good but what was exceptional was a girl named Tiffany, running all over taking orders bussing tables I mean this girl should have had roller skates on she was just everywhere, in a good way. And the glass in the back is Gin and it is a healthy glass full

The food lacked flavor, the waitress was nice but didn't come around that much and it wasn't very busy. The place looks cool.

Tiffany is an amazing server and bartender. Food here is consistent. Wifi is great. Wifi has a 2 hour limit but you can renew right away for another 2 hours. But you have to wait for it to end before you can reconnect. The soup and salad special is tasty and good value. The North shore tacos are great as well.

Honestly terrible service! No one IDed us when ordering a margarita. We asked for salt on the margarita and didn’t get any. Our fries came out over done and hard. A “well done” burger came out completely pink closer to medium. The singular tomato slice on my burger tasted spoiled and spicy (nothing spicy on my Hawaiian burger) and left a weird tingly feeling on my tongue. The burger meat itself had no flavor. The carnitas burrito and tacos were so bland too.

Food was average. Had to return fries for fresh ones. Chicken sandwich was good, but as good as its been before. Especially at the new elevated prices

Islands have been around for a long time. You step into one of these restaurants now and it looks exactly like it did 20 years ago. The staff is polite and efficient. The food is typical chain restaurant food. Not great but not bad either. Prices are on the high side for this type of restaurant.

Went for lunch and had an excellent Beach Bowl with grilled fish. Well sauteed vegetables and tender moist fish. Service was attentive and friendly. Will definitely go again soon!

The food was great, but the service was best.

The last several times I've been to the islands resteraunt chain over the years, a manager has always come by the table, seperate from our waiter and asked if he can get us anything and if everything tastes good. I love this practice - and it makes the meal much more enjoyable. While the menu is simple, I recommend the tortilla soup and any of the burgers. Also definitely the chedder fries appetizer.

Very good burgers, salads and beer. They were abke to accommodate our party of 9 quickly. Went back today for lunch, equally as good

Manager comped my meal because it's my first time eating in a restaurant in 3 years. Plus when I was pregnant 21 years ago I went to the Islands in Carlsbad. Nice guy 😃

Guess I was really just disappointed as I had high expectations per the positive reviews this restaurant had. Overall, didn't enjoy my time here. The staff seem kind enough but don't express professionalism showing they've been trained properly in the field. Wasn't welcomed when walking in, nor told thanks for coming when we left. Also, we ordered beer and the first one was off in flavor and even color. We were given complimentary replacements, but even those just didn't taste right either. Don't recommend ordering draft beer here, especially if you know how it's supposed to taste. Reason, it's not 1star rating is because the food was tasty and our waiter was kind and helpful throughout the night and he'd personally get 5 stars (meanwhile I'd give the hostess 2 stars per my mention earlier of not being welcomed). Not sure if I'd want to bring my family here again.

The service is wonderful! I worked at a senior community and we brought 12 people to eat here today and sense we walk in the door the service has been incredible. The hostess opened the door and help sit the residents. The waitress was very kind and speedy with the service. The place felt very joyful and everyone loved the food. All way around everything was perfect which made there day 10 times better.
