Dr Savage has to be my very favorite Dr ever! My shoulders were both frozen and she showed me a model describing what was wrong, three options and made my decision easy. Her manor is delightful- her assistants are great & they all get after it! Clear & concise info in an efficient way. Offices are clean and everyone I encountered from front office to hall greeting of the janitor made me feel welcome and greeted me with a smile or nod!

Staff was very nice. Dr. Kathelene Savage was very informative. She answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. For my first appointment I felt really comfortable in her care and I will continue to see her if needed.

Dr. Niamehr is very good at his job. Wait time was not too long. When doctor arrived for my turn he was very thorough and made sure other doctors that are part of the chart had the notes from the visit.:

Don't know where to start, awful!! Saw another psycologist (Udell) in Pasadena on Fair Oaks. Loved her and then she became a Jekell and Hyde one day. Never went back. Reported my experience, never heard back. Trying to call El Monte right now, call is picked up and after a few seconds disconnects, tried 5 times, then gave up.

I transferred from Monrovia Optum, I was told I had to change my ophthalmologist that's in west Covina and have to go to Pasadena. I don't understand why I have to change when both offices are Optum. Will I be able to see my existing ophthalmologist?

Dr. Savage took the time to explain everything to me, and the staff (although building is under construction) were so nice, helpful and always smiled. I was a little worried when I got there and they made me feel good and comfortable, from the clerical staff, to the XRay and nurses. I had a great experience

I love this place... The nurses are so nice and when I had a issue with one of the Doctors they change me to another one right away...

Waited 1 hour before they noticed they didn't check me in the system for my appointment. Once i was done with my appt.went to pick up scripts that were never submitted too the pharmacy. Called the office was on hold for 30 minutes. Was told doctor resubmitted scripts. Waited anothe 40 minutes at pharmacy still the scripts were never submitted....Its now 2pm and I've been on hold for 40 minutes with optum el monte and no answer on hold for 28 minutes so far. Never in my life have i had this kind of trouble with any facility.
