This
1
star
is
only
for
a
small
shop
located
right
across
'Ristorante
Bolognese'
in
one
of
the
entrances
in
Monte
Titano
(see
attached
image
of
how
the
shop
looks
like
from
the
outside).
Shop
is
run
(I
think)
by
2
older
men,
one
of
which
offered
me
to
buy
pistachio
liqueur
for
which
I
was
initially
interested
in.
One
of
the
liqueurs
costed
1EUR
more
than
the
other
one.
Apparently,
based
on
the
shop
owner,
one
liqueur
was
made
with
an
addition
of
water,
while
the
other
was
pure
original
(without
any
water).
Interestingly,
as
I
was
looking
at
the
both
labels
of
each
of
the
bottles,
I
did
not
notice
any
difference.
As
a
result
of
my
findings,
I
decided
to
buy
1
bottle
of
pistachio
liqueur
('with
water').
After
I
paid,
I
decided
I
want
another
bottle
of
that
same
liqueur,
but
the
shop
owner
said
simply
and
quite
arrogantly
'No'
and
refused
to
sell
me
the
second
bottle
(even
though
he
had
tons
of
it).
A
moment
later
he
sent
me
out
from
the
shop
in
an
impolite
manner
(because
his
lunch
break
was
due).
As
I
was
going
out,
another
elderly
couple
from
Germany
came
into
the
shop
and
guess
what
->
he
greeted
them
warmly
and
they
were
allowed
to
enter
the
shop
(suddenly
so,
lunch
was
no
longer
an
issue).
I
reckon
his
behaviour
was
expressed
because
I
decided
to
buy
less
expensive
pistachio
liqueur
offered.
Anyway,
San
Marino
as
a
whole
is
one
of
the
most
beautiful
places
I
ever
went
to.
