    Been coming for 5 years. Prior to that I was at the Y. By far, this gym is the best gym and workout ever! Only giving a half hour every day has completely transformed my body. At 69 I feel like I’m 40. I’ve lost inches and weight. But more importantly my energy and stamina is that of a 30 year old! The coaches are incredible and always making sure you do exercises properly so you don’t injure yourself.

    I joined Lead the Way Fitness with a temporary membership while my husband was being treated at City of Hope. I loved everything about this gym, the trainers, the community and the workout format. They are a 5 star gym all around! If you live in Monrovia or the surrounding area, or like me, find yourself temporarily relocated to this area, I highly recommend that you give them a try!

    I have been to previous gyms before and I can say that I'm very happy with Lead the way. Not only do they help with my fitness journey but it's a great community where I made friends. I never thought how strong I can be. The small groups let a trainer focus on me and my form(which is so important because I have hurt myself so many times at previous gyms because I never got the attention) and even with my diet. Check this gym out! You would feel so welcomed.

No gimmicks or fad diets, just lots of support and encouragement in how to live a balanced and healthy lifestyle from the amazing coaching team.     GREAT COACHES! GREAT FACILITY! They've helped me gain my confidence back!!! I've never felt so comfortable at a gym before!! I love Lead The Way & I will HIGHLY recommend it to my friends and family!!!!

    Lead the way fitness is awesome, im about to finish my New year 28 day challenge and I’m so happy I decided to begin my new fitness life routine at this facility, the coaches are very good and professional, the energy , the vibes are keeping me so motivated in my journey and I owe it all to them , stop thinking about it and just do it , begin a new healthy fitness lifestyle, you have two choices , either you “remain” or you “evolve”

    I have been a member at Lead the way for several years now and I would not consider going anywhere else. This gym is a community of awesome coaches and members of all ages and abilities. They make sure to make workout routines effective, in only 30 minutes! Not only do we have strength and conditioning sessions, but also recovery and yoga to help in all areas of our physical and mental health.

    After my double knee surgery at end Sept ‘22, I started with Lead The Way Fitness end of April ‘23 Not only are the class fun and the coaches the best, this has jet shooterd my recovery. All the members are friendly and encouraging. But what makes this place shine are the coaches. They only want the best for you They help you, teach you and you get better stronger and healthier

    I have been going to LTW since April of this year and it has been the absolute best experience. I started with both the small group sessions and the large group classes and love both for different and similar reasons. Not only have I lost 10 pounds but these work outs have helped be improve my overall mental and physical health. I adore the entire coaching staff - Sal, as my small group coach, has been nothing but encouraging and supportive through this journey. I truly couldn't recommend this place more!

    My husband and I have been attending lead the way for a couple of months and it has been the best experience. The classes are fun, the coaches are encouraging, and they always have extra events/activities to build community. It truly feels like a family. But even better we are stronger and healthier than we've ever been and I'm so grateful. Highly recommend this awesome gym!

    Love lead the way! The positivity, coaching, and intense workout is exactly what my mind and body were craving. It's truly the full package in every way and affordable. Being a newbie, again to fitness I know I can walk in there any day and get exactly what I need to better my life all around. I feel stronger already. Thx guys!

    Lead the Way provides unique opportunities for fitness. The gym focuses on community, family, and integration; you won't feel like you are "just" another member. The main focus of the gym is large group classes with small group training available. It's loud, it's high energy, it's hard work, and, for me, it's home!!

    I've been a member of Lead the Way Fitness since it first opened. It's been my home gym for so many reasons. The coaches are personable and motivating. The location is close. Facility is clean and well stocked. They have a comfortable seating area for my kids to sit and wait while I workout. Workouts are about 35 mins and there are lots of class times available. So excited I found it many years ago and will continue to come to live my best life.

    Joining Lead the Way Fitness in May 2022 was the best decision for me….I was not a gym person. I went to other gyms and just looked around and watched the TV’s and did not know what I was doing. At Lead the Way, I was given guidance, structure and knowledge. Coach Sam is AMAZING!! She is there to help, she answers any questions and she is making sure you are doing the exercises properly not to injure yourself and makes you accountable! Coach Sam is very supportive, encouraging and reminds me that Yes, I got this! I Can do this! All the coaches and gym clients are all so welcoming, friendly and encourage each other! It is truly a FIt Fam!!

    This is a great place to work out !! The best trainers !! I'm disabled and not the healthiest person but after a couple of weeks here I'm feeling the best I have in a long time thanks to the trainers for understanding and helping me get back on track # 1 in my books

    I've been a member for about 5 years. The coaches are all great and they get to know you. It's not your ordinary gym. If your on a tight schedule like me this is perfect. You're in and out in 30 minutes with a great workout. The 1 on 1 sessions are excellent. You get results.

    I joined this gym in April of this year and love it. The coaches are so encouraging and supportive and always ready to help you get better. Classes are fast and always different so you don't get tired of doing the same thing all the time. I joined a personal training session and that has been great as well. I've really improved with the personal training. They also help with nutrition guidance and suggestions. Positive, upbeat, respectful. And the people who attend the classes are nice as well. I would really recommend if you want to get stronger in a positive atmosphere.

    I recently started my journey to a healthier me and stumbled across Lead The Way Fitness while searching Yelp to find a gym near my home. I am overjoyed to have found this gym. The coaches are amazing, friendly, always call you by your name and genuinely care about you and your fitness journey. They also provide encouragement throughout the classes and always push me to work harder. And if that isn't enough, Lead The Way Fitness provides its members with meal plans and the coaches personally reach out to you periodically to see if you need any help or encouragement. The workouts are challenging but not discouraging and the small group format fosters a family environment among gym goers - high fives and cheering each other on is normal.

    The coaches at Lead the Way Fitness take those who are ready for the next level of their own fitness journey- no matter where they are- are guide them there. They are uplifting and knowledgeable. There are people of all abilities here and everyone gets a good workout. No egos here! This is the place for those who are serious about reaching their fitness goals in a great community.

    I’ve been going to Lead the Way since 2021. The coaches are so amazing and I’ve grown to love working out specifically in strength training. I typically go 2-3 times a week and all the sessions have successfully supplemented my running. I love working with Sam Lee because she’s extremely patient with me and I am able to now deadlift, squat, and bench press with proper form. She has made lifting weights less scary and approachable for beginners. I hope to continue making new friends and workout buddies! Love the community and family!

    I started going to the weight training program about six weeks ago. Working out with free weights isn’t anything new to me, but it’s been a few years since I’ve been in a gym. I’m enjoying my workouts and accomplishing my goal of feeling stronger. Christian is a great trainer, friendly and all around good guy. He keeps the atmosphere light and motivating. He’s also very knowledgeable and will switch up the exercises to accommodate your limitations and/or injuries. I have found all of the staff/coaches very friendly, helpful and they are there to support you in reaching your desired fitness goals.

    I've been a member for over 2 years. I've done several chain gyms before. But what this gym offers is a personal commitment to see you reach your health goals. The staff here are extremely knowledgeable. I'm in my sixties and I'm in the best physical and mental health ever. So it's never too late to make your health a priority.

    I have been attending LTW Monrovia for about 5 years. It has been a great experience even through all of the ups and downs of my fitness journey and through my injuries. The coaches are so supportive and help with nutrition plans, workouts and required modifications to say the least. The coaches really care. Happy to have found this amazing community through which I have met lots of really great people.
